I'm almost 20 minutes in and this is deadly dull. I don't want to hear about Chris's fantasies. He blabs on about that crap all the time without being prompted. I hope this interview gets somewhere. But I'm beginning to get the feeling that softball interviews just feed his narcissism and make him less appealing and less interesting.

It's not illegal to spew nonsense and to try to convince someone that said nonsense is real.

However, reading between the lines, it looks as if Idea Guy(s) didn't just try to convince Chris to draw Nazis in CWCville; rather, it seems as if he/they tried to unlawfully enrich themselves while doing so. Depending upon what they told him and how aggressively they played him, there could be implications of fraud there. Add in the fact that Chris clearly has diminished capacity and, yeah, they could be in trouble.
 
After this stream I will say, semper fucking fi to dankula. So many edgy people on the internet would jump at the chance to provoke Chris if they were on livestream.

Instead he spoke to Chris like a normal person, listened to his views and was accepting of it. It's because of this "I'll listen to you" attitude and he tried to relate to Chris, that people were actually able to see the true Chris and what goes on in his head.
