I feel like being optimistic again and hoping something big will happen tomorrow. As we all know...

Each of the three court cases Chris has dealt with since 2011 had one thing in common and that they were all littered with continuances but the silver lining always does end up being the day when he gets his verdict.

But we really do a bad job anticipating for extreme things, but it never happens because Chris behaves himself when he is in the court room.

Plus, I always feel like the Employers of the Courthouse know all about Chris and would notice anything suspicious in regards to the "Wyyn" word.

But because CWC is a repeat offender (this being the third felony in a span of seven years); you'd think his punishment would be a little harsher than a fine. I'm not talking jail time, or anything - but a punishment where he might actually learn there are serious consequences for committing stupid crimes (such as - doing a set amount of hours of community service, like picking up trash from the side of the road); instead of being something that he can get someone else to take care of (like getting his fans to pay off his fine).

It's not a felony. It's a misdemeanor, and likely a pretty low level one at that. He was charged with trespassing at the mall because he went there after a ban. We don't know the precise details, but if he had done anything else while he was there, he would have been charged with that too.

Also, in the Snyder incident, Chris received community service and mandatory counselling as part of his sentence.

Which is why all these continuances are so infuriating.

Just fine the guy and be done with it. Why do they insist on prolonging the inevitable?

Considering how backlogged a lot of these minor courts are, continuance often means "I haven't drilled down in my stack of cases this far yet, I'm still dealing with the case from a month ago because the DA doesn't have time for all of these."

What community service did Chris do? That could have been hilarious.

It would be best if Chris was just sent home without community service. No lessons will ever be learned and it would only be a headache for whoever he was doing community "service" for.

This fat dumbfuck should just be thrown in jail for a week every time he pulls some dumb new crime. It would teach him more than these idiotic fines.
