To go with it have some quirky Waifu cringe
 
So this is one of the Waifuists explaining why he doesn't need mental help. To give some context this man struggles with sever depression from his family. So everyone was trying to help him so he could get help, which God willing he gets eventually.

Context for this coming up one. SootHouse has also made videos laughing Furry communities, and looking at "The worst bedrooms on 4Chan", typically being very messy rooms.

All in all this reaction is just dumb. SootHouse is a joke channel, they find anything and poke fun at it for laughs.I unfortunately don't have the screenshot so you can not believe me if you want, but the Admin ended up putting the Sub in lockdown for a bit after this. These waifuists just can not take a joke, they can not take criticism. Some of them even look down at the people who stop and get a 3-D relationship. These people can be nice, and I hope they all get the appropriate help they need. The waifu's are not helping their mental state but slowly killing it. A band-aid over a bullet wound. There's nothing wrong with really liking a character, but a lot of these guys take it too far. They need to take a deep breath and not be as sensitive on the topic. That's enough rambling though, thought I'd post some of the last cringe I have considering the rest of the photos I have are more cringe, but in sadder way.

That guy with the sayori avatar made me wonder. With how much depression he claimed to have what did he use to cope before sayori came out? Was it another waifu? But was she truly important to the point that troubled him, and I quote 'being stabbed with a burning dagger' if he could just replace her with a new one just like that?

and why even choose a waifu who canonically died anyways?

The best part of the SootHouse video was SootHouse themselves putting a disclaimer on the video that the subreddit was most likely satire/shitposters.

Those poor, innocent babs.
 
pros of animu waifus: they keep the creeps away from normal humans

cons: mental illnesses keep getting worse but this leads to another pro: they may become an hero.

In Japan, they call creeps like that "rotten girls", fujoshi. I wonder how shocked they'd be to find that Japanese people thought they were rotten.

I'm all up for "Do whatever the fuck you want, if it doesn't hurt others" but these guys are completely off their rocker. Was in the Discord for a while but I left because I kept triggering them over obvious jokes (blatantly obvious I was playing BTW), and trivial, stupid shit. No ill will towards them, but for fucks sake, learn to get thicker skin. One guy on their was complete and total dickbag, everyone else on there was really sweet for the most part.

So I guess I'm the local faggot.
 
Still better than abusing actual children tho. It's better when these degenerates fantasize about cartoon characters instead of getting near humans.

The whole waifu/daughteru thing is usually just a weeb joke, or at most, like here, it means that one has rather strong feelings for a character (kinda autistic but not all that weird). It's funny how actual mentally ill people are taking the joke seriously and turning it into nightmare fuel
