If an average door is say, 36" across, and I'll give her a "hand" on each side, that would make it...28". In 2D she'd be almost FIVE FEET AROUND.

The common double door has three standard sizes, 60"(2x30), 64"(2x32)and 72"(2x36). My guess is 64" since it's a restaurant setting, but could be the 72" since they do need to move around with plates and trays.

Attached is the sizing guide on the stupid "future is female" shirt that she ordered in a 6X from Torrid. It's a little snug, but it's looking like she could be 60-64" wide which is pretty much 5 feet. So, yeah.

Don't ask why I know this but 60-64 inch hips or any bodypart of ambers is highly underestimating it. If you have a pear shaped body (like amber probably does under all that fat ans skin) your hips are 60 inches at around 300 pounds with her height. Now almost double that weight. Sure, those shirts do stretch a lot but she doesn't fit into torrid clothing based on the measurements.
