Eagle scout? Really? Doesnt that take a shit ton of effort?

That's my understanding as well. You actually have to do shit in your community to get that status, not just REEEEEEEE at people, which means it's highly unlikely Russhole is an actual Eagle Scout. He's just appropriating the title, I'm guessing because he was probably a Cub Scout at some point and he's acting like it's the same thing. Just like how a pop star refusing to have sex with him is allegedly the same thing as actual sexual assault, and how his paralegal certificate from an unaccredited LDS-run school that he took 5 years to complete is allegedly the same thing as an accredited college degree.

So, Russell believes veterans shouldn't get special treatment because of their "unique experiences". Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that the crux of his whole " I'm disabled, treat me special " argument? This is like one of those logical paradoxes that causes robots to malfunction.

Just wanted his veterans post to be searchable

Controversial post alert:

In light of the veteran home shooting in Nor. Cal. yesterday, I found an intriguing thread online about how one serving in the military doesn’t make one better than another person. Like the author of the thread, I too am thankful to those who chose and choose to protect our country, but your choice is just that: a choice. (https://arstechnica.com/civis/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=268497).

As I keep seeing more and more shootings carried out by veterans, itkind of throws a wrench in the whole “every person who serves in the military is a good person” chime that us Americans say so freely, treating anybody who has served in the armed forces like a form of royalty and belittling anybody who didn’t serve as a coward whenever there’s a draft.

Don’t get me wrong: I know many veterans and I think they’re decent people. Many in my family served in the armed forces or the reserve. Hearing their stories of combat and sacrifice are inspiring to hear. I can’t imagine being in their shoes.

Never being one for combat, I decided to go to college to become a paralegal, which my degree and internships have not really gotten me anywhere. I also am an Eagle Scout. Sadly, I’m not receiving benefits for my choices. Similarly, one being a veteran should not get them free services, etc. In fact, I’ve met many veterans who were absolute jerks, walking around cockily and glaring at you. Why should we give jerks free things? Yes, I know many suffer from stresses of war, but many regular civilians also suffer from mental illnesses too, brought on from stress and disappointment. Lastly, I don’t get free things or money for having a disability. So why should one get free things for a life choice, when they could potentially kill innocent people?

Just my food for thought. Again, thank you for your services, those who served in the armed forces, but in light of yesterday, let’s start reevaluating the idol worship of those who serve in the military and start admitting that their experience is just that: unique experience — not a pedestal that makes one life more valuable than another’s.

Depends. Ideally, yes, it should take a shit ton of effort on the scout's part, In reality, sometimes the parents or the scout leaders drag the scout through the process. The Boy Scouts are (or at least used to be) the youth program for the Mormon church, so Rusty's parents probably made him go to scouts from around ages 12-18, and probably Cub Scouts before that, as well.

"Never being one for combat, I decided to go to college..."

Like this was even an option. Russell is 4-F all the way.
Yeah, I love how he frames this as an actual choice (in which, it can be inferred, he chose the loftier, more respectable option).

But no matter what the school calls itself, Russell didn't even go to college--not even a community college. He went to a vocational training school to learn a specific skillset for a specific job, which is not the same as actually getting an education. Anybody who taken classes toward, or earned, an AS general studies/transfer degree at a community college has legit been to college. Russell has not.

That's my understanding as well. You actually have to do shit in your community to get that status, not just REEEEEEEE at people, which means it's highly unlikely Russhole is an actual Eagle Scout. Powerlevel: I know a deaf, autistic guy (who has his shit way more together than Russell Greer ever will) , who made it to whatever level is just before Eagle Scout (Life Scout)? He didn't start in scouting until fairly late, and aged out of scouting before he could become an Eagle Scout. So I guess it could happen.

Maybe Russell's dad was his scoutmaster, just as Eagle Scout Skylar Ittner's dad was his. That would explain a lot. Then again, so would the idea that he's making shit up, because I would have expected him to boast about this before, or post a pic of himself in uniform. Making Eagle Scout is a pretty significant achievement, and it seems like one Russell would keep citing well into adulthood as proof that he's better than others and deserves respect (and by respect, I mean 9-10 pussy).

Still on the fence as to whether he's going to actually file a federal lolsuit or if he's just trying to make noise to get attention from Taylor again. I find it interesting that he's sued multiple women now (Ariana Grande, Farrah Abraham, two ladies from the brothels), but Taylor Swift is the one he keeps coming back to and obsessing about. Taylor Swift is the one he always points the blame at for his life turning into shit. I wonder why he's fixated on her and not one of his other 'wooing' targets.
This is an old post, but wasn't the Taylor Swift thing part of the reason he got a thread here? He may be blaming her for the troll attention: "If only you didn't make me have to sue you, I wouldn't be constantly trolled now!"

I’m sorry if this has already been posted. But why is the hand emoji brown? My best guess is the “bubu” is black and we all know Russ doesn’t like black

He blocked her? Oh no, however will she recover?

"Yes, I know many suffer from stresses of war, but many regular civilians also suffer from mental illnesses too, brought on from stress and disappointment."

Lol, Russ thinks Taylor not singing his song/dating him is as bad as people who have actual PTSD.

Haha--as if she's even going to notice Russell blocked her, or miss those Venmo dollars and thirsty comments.

And what a bamboon, thinking that any beautiful woman doesn't already have a boyfriend, and being surprised when she does. But I agree that said boyfriend is probably black, because he's not just disappointed she has her "bubu," he's disgusted with her.

Something tells me that Russ thinks pretty much every guy is 'glaring' at him, veteran or not. Although the fact that he tries to compare being a bot scout to being in combat or his attempts at getting a career to military service for the country are... well, I guess they're just classic Russ.

Hey here's something interesting. Now, I'm not a hooker and I don't feel like pretending to be one to get the info, but it seems someone named Greer from Utah has racked up at least one negative review on the secret hooker forum:

I don't think Russ is going to Texas to score hookers (or a bunch of the other entries there) but there is one in Utah...

I actually think it was a recent firing, since he posted not once but twice bitching about this 'Eric' guy who apparently fired him a couple days ago, as well as doing his usual 1-star review about the company solely based on the fact he was fired. So while he might still be working with that temp agency and might get another temp job shortly, he doesn't seem to be consistently employed at the moment. Which makes his threat to file a federal case against Taylor Swift and hire a lawyer all the more stupid and ridiculous than it already was.

Even doing it pro se, it's $400 just to file a federal lawsuit. He might be able to do it in forma pauperis but eventually they lose patience with that if you file utter bullshit, as many federal prisoners do with their recreational litigation.
