Better idea: we offer to match any funds for electrolysis etc. that he can, himself, fundraise. The best part is that it'll cost $10 max, and will be extra humiliating when he realizes we're the best friends he has.

Like Chris, eventually the world will come knocking at the door when Jake's mom dies. And CWC is a lot more independent (drives himself around, has multiple sources of income) than we know jake to be. Will he take the opportunity to troon out entirely? Will he be forced to eventually leave the house on a regular basis- maybe even get some sort of peon job that is far below someone of his creativity and beauty? Stay tuned to find out.

Jake isn’t going to outlive his mom. He’s in way worse health.
Outside of her getting sick and using woo treatments instead of medicine, Jake will die from an obesity related medical condition before her.

Especially because there's no way in hell he'd get himself to a doctor if he started showing signs of the beetus or other weight-related ailments. Bet anything you like that when his health gets bad enough for a genuine scare, he'll blame those dang transphobic doctors for scaring him away pre-emptively before he could ever try to get help.
