Yeah Phil is the most barefaced liar on the internet so this sort of thing just gets thrown on the dumpster fire that is Phil's credibility. None of it matters. You could stand over his shoulder and watch him mashing away and he'd still say the light was delayed in passing through your cornea or something.

She is allegedly moving in a couple of weeks. Assuming the happy couple isn't waiting for the last moment, arrangements would have been made. Perhaps Phil dropped a wad of cash on a plane ticket and wired her money to rent a u-haul etc. I've seen enough judge Judy to know if you give your soul mate money without a specific written contract the other party can do whatever they want with it and have no legal obligation to pay it back. If this was a scam she could string Phil along to get some cash pretty easily. Just tell him what he wants to hear. She wouldn't even have to sleep with him if she said something like not until we live together. Tell him you love to cook and clean and pay bills. We'll just have to see.
