No, Phil was expecting to get SWATed and didn't want to reward the detractors with live video of it happening. Pretty good foresight on his part considering not only did a SWAT team show up, but also the FBI Hostage Rescue Team, and INTERPOL. Luckily there were no casualties.

Struggling, the guy has a brand new car, 2 mortgages, mountains of debt and lives with many luxuries where someone with legit financial difficulties wouldn't even pursue.
