The thing is that the account was probably not made with her real name, nor connected to her phone. Because of privacy and legal reasons. Which makes it really hard for her to get the account back if it is compromised.

For her EscortDesign account (the company that creates her website), it requires her to use an email and phone number. I doubt she would have used fake details, especially if she is paying around $200 a year. If her account was compromised, she would have either talked to her bank and cancelled her payment towards the site or talk to Escort Design and say her account has been compromised. The fact that her website is still "premium" and that she's verified, makes me believe that she is who she says she is.
