Can we get this one down next? Not because of pedo reasons (though that is a reason) but because they're stealing art and using it as their own and claim they have no talent.

Also, one of the stolen pieces is literally right there on the Steam Store preview images
Spoilers due to NSFW (no nudity, but a lot of chest meat is showing.)

The half assed attempt at making your art your own

People who like children in a genuine way would go for stuff like Sims where you can play parent, like name a child character, choose their life path and help hem grow.
This is not a game to play parent. It's a game for those people parents warn you about.

....alright, I have to ask.

Who in the FUCK is accessing this site from work or any other locations where you are scared of someone looking over your shoulder and catching you?

Yeah, I mean, c'mon. Does anyone here really have a job or a life or anything?

Mother of fuck. Gold mine ahead. But also,
NOT SAFE FOR WORK: MANY PORNOGRAPHIC PIECES OF MATERIAL IN THESE PAGES

Some of the complaints made via the Steam community forums are due to the game’s artist MUK who has been known for drawing rather risque erotica

Risque hmmm?

Maybe I'm just a prude, but something about a miniature loli fisting a gimp's urethra comes across as a bit more than just "risque"

The responsibility towards his little girls was what made Ryan be on track all those years. Alice and Emma were all he had and he has yet to understand that they also were all he ever needed. After passing the age of 30 having two pretty girls walking half naked through the hour was just too much for Ryan to bear..

Could a man desire anything else while having such gems within toughing distance?..

I'm just amazed that apparently there is someone who sits down with steam direct submissions and actually gives the two seconds of attention necessary here to NOPE out. I kinda assumed that they didn't give a shit if your check cleared and would only pull it if it caused a rukus.

I have no idea why you are hellbent on making this incredibly autistic distinction nor do I see where Valve ever claimed to be doing this for altruistic reasons. They don't want pedo shit on their platform, simple as that.

False. It is not illegal in the United States of America. Learn some American history next time before you post.

Multiple states including Florida, California, and Virginia criminalize drawn images as child pornography. Stop being retarded before you post.

I literally mentioned this earlier too. It's based on state laws mostly. Some states in the US classify drawn porn of underage as technically child porn. The rest don't. It's therefore both a legal and moral mess to deal with for those advocating it or defending it.

Personally, I don't think drawn anything should really be illegal outside of blatant copyright infringement, since it doesn't hurt anyone directly, but that's how it is.

This story has flew under a lot of radars and only caught my attention because of a thread on /v/ whining about it but it's a funny story with funnier reactions, so here goes nothing:

So a VN by the name of "They Key to Home" was put through the steam direct service. Valve asked for a quick summary of the plot and the target audience, to which they responded. Valve then cancelled the release of the game and when asked for an explanation they responded simply:

"Because we think this novel's core audience is pedophiles."

The developer produced a massive worldwall about how they dindunuffin' and there's alleged rumors of artwork by Rustle that struck the project down. Currently said wordwall has a shitload of salt so I guess this doubles as a saltmine thread, too!

Other than Slime Rancher, has Steam Greenlight ever produced anything of value?

There's actually good ones and more than you think, like Freedom Planet, Clustertruck, Broforce, Hat in Time, Papers Please, Shovel Knight, Stardew Valley etc., problem is the quality control.
