To play the devils advocate, there is the possibility that the hooker knows he's doing it, doesn't give a shit, or charges him extra for it and still doesn't give a shit. Just because he records a video of him having sex with a prostitute doesn't mean he did so without consent.

The whole Gay thing has been an issue for Jace for a long time now, although admittedly it has come to the fore in the last few weeks. He always thought gay men were disgusting and wrong (but lesbians were cool), and he worked very hard to promote an ultra-masculine, all-american-man image - this only crumbled late last year with the Hater Hitlist videos.
As for suggestions that Jace is having "gay thoughts" - I think it's as likely as anything else that anything mildly non-masculine counts as a "gay thought" in Jace's mind. While of course there's always the possibility that he does have deep-seated homosexual tendencies that he hates and attempts to dispel by being as virulently anti-gay as possible, I get the impression that he's just a straight guy who's insecure and feels the need to "prove himself" to his peers (which, seeing as he has basically no real-life friends, means us). The way he over-reacts to DICKSQUAD is either due to repressed memories of "gay thoughts" (whether those thoughts were really gay or not) or due to his upbringing and desire to fit in.
Either way - is the future.

honestly, i think people are over reacting by assuming he is gonna record the deed without her consent. he is, most likely, going to use a service like backpages in which case he can just call and say what he is looking for and that he wants to record it. they will either say "fuck off" or "sure that'll be an extra 100"

even if he does try to secretly record it i don't think he will get away with it (despite the tactical recording skills on display in the "leaked evidence of my mom" videos).

i doubt it will happen though, Rob seems to monitor Jace's twitter closely enough that "banging a hooker on film brb" isn't going to get past him.

There's a huge, massive line between encouraging something and censoring it.

Its a moot point anyway though because for reasons already pointed out - its unlikely he will actually suceed in this MISSION and if he does he might just ask her for permission to record; he never implied he was going to covertly tape her, and even if he tried to it would likely fail because he's Jace.
