I find it hilarious that chris read this page in Rosechu's Story, read Rosechu's speech bubble about being male before, and took it to mean that she went through full gender reassignment and even had an operation. he couldn't just imagine she changed in her evolution.

Ok so back in the day when Rosechu was first created, Pokémon didn’t have genders yet (except niderans).

That could have ALWAYS been Chris’s fallback. Instead he went to extremes. Like “she’s always a girl!! Her tail looks like that because it goes off the page!” Even though it didn’t... and now he’s like “she was never a girl until she had her surgery.

And even if she did get the surgery... she wouldn’t be able to give birth with a transplanted vagina. You need a uterus for that. And as of now, transgender people can’t have babies with a transplanted uterus.

Chris is truly incapable of original thought. It's not like he hasn't stolen fanworks before, but I don't think we've seen him trace entire comic panels before.
