Also he’s mad at Brian Cranson for DARNING to suggest that eventually, if the accused show that they are truely sorry and people are big enough to accept their apologies, it’s possible for those accused of sexual misconduct should be allowed another chance.

This is the single underlying explanation to Dobson's career. In my opinion, everything he has ever done has been fueled by anger or resentment. Even his early SYAC comics were about his overall resentment about being... a guy who draws.
Right up until now it's all reactionary. Dobson has absolutely no good positive, interesting ideas of his own. I guess that's why he likes Chipman and the rest of those Twitter fags. They don't like cartoons, they like being children and hate who tries to tell them they can't be children anymore and create tributes as a defense. Then as they age and want to be taken seriously, the only format the understand is childish tributes and then try to get political with it.
They are not capable of making mature art that could be appreciated by adults and children, which the greatest cartoons can be. They can only make goofy shit that kids don't like and adults don't appreciate.

It's a bit telling that every time anyone tries to have a reasoned civil debate with Dobson, the best he can really do is stoop to the personal attacks asap and one sentence responses that basically amount to "I can't be bothered to give your reasonably nice thought out post an equal response because that would require effort reee"

I tend to agree that Cranston is a shit for this, because he makes it sound like we should accept Weinstein's week of rehab for sex addiction, and it's almost certainly more of a solidarity with the old guard of Hollywood than it is out of any belief in basic human redemption. (Weinstein, say he's sincerely sorry? The fucker had it written into his contract that he couldn't be fired for sexual harassment, if he stays out of jail he's probably going to sue his old company.)
But again, none of this goes through Dobbo's head he just sees others going "REEEEEE RAPE PATRIARCHY SEXISM MISOGYNY REEEEEEE!" and parroting them.

So I let that Matt guy know that Dobson copied a small part of his response and posted it out of context on Twitter to mock him. Dobson promptly deleted my warning, blocked me from commenting completely, and then acted even more like an ass to Matt.
