It's not like scandinavian healthcare is free either. Apart from the taxes, you still pay your doctor when you visit, pay for your own medicine at the pharmacy, etc.
I think Gordon Ramsay did a variety of this. It's a sort of creamy, succulent variety, not the kind you'd get in an American diner. I also don't think they actually call it "scrambled." They could just have been so utterly disgusted by the fat pig man they refused to do it just because they hated him. He would probably bitch and complain about that style of eggs anyway, like the fatso he is. Anyway if I fuck up my eggs and end up with scrambled, I fry the fuck out of it and put ketchup on it. Consider it a form of penitence.

You do not pay for doctor appointments. You MAY pay for the medicine at the pharmacy but sometimes the city will cover it if you're spending a lot of money or have social problems. The only problem with Scandinavian healthcare is how long you must wait for an appointment. I've lived in Finland, Sweden and Denmark and that was the only complaint I've had. Admittedly it works a lot better than America.

Then consider what those taxes actually pay for and tell me it's a great model when day-to-day expenses and the wait times for socialised health care or any bureaucratic process will have you dead by the time you make progress.

Norwegians have this insane wealth fund, they decided to fund universal healthcare and other generous social programs with it and higher taxation. And that’s fine if that’s what they want. America does not have that same fund and we, as a society, are too individualistic and frankly not set up for that kind of tax burden. And that’s fine, that’s what we want.

If he was so concerned about healthcare in America he would be attacking the Byzantine insurance programs that NO ONE supports or the fact that R&D is subsidized by Americans which allows drugs to be sold more cheaply in Europe - but that would take thoughtful independent consideration.
