This whole thing has been amazing because he acts like it’s his first time there when he’s been living there for a few years now. I guess this is the first time he left his metal shack to own daddy Jim
The fact kept saying “it’s better than Cancun” made it obvious he couldn’t afford Cancun, but a cheap flight and accommodations were within his budget in Temu Cancun because they are desperate to lure back tourists after a high number of crime related “disappearances” decimated the burgeoning tourism there. The cheap flights, cheap accommodations and cheap booze made it an affordable weekend trip for Gunt.
Before the crime wave the towns were attracting mostly surfers and affordable vacay spot for less affluent tourists. They were hoping to start developing it into a destination spot, but it’s difficult when it’s in the heart of cartel country.
I do look forward to Ralph trying to get back to his hovel. He’s jovial when going to somewhere but traveling home always seems to create drama and difficulties.

Now the real beauty of it is that extremely short-lived W, that isn't a W by any metric, is quickly overshadowed by the dreadful and crippling L that washes over him after he returns to doomscrolling in search if dopamine opportunities. Until he finds the next hit of dopamine, he's left alone with nothing but his miserable existence.

This would actually be far more interesting than the bar content Ralph offered. Actually forcing Gunt to walk on the beach for more than five minutes would probably kill him though.
Ralph remains sedentary 95% of his waking hours.
Anything that would require him to walk would be novel content compared to yet another “drinking and eating alone while sitting and staring at the screen” content.
I’m glad some people can clip the entertaining bits because I cannot stomach watching drunk Ralph eat and drink with a camera inches from his greasy, rash covered face. It’s truly disgusting.

I ask because I listened to this video the other day that went into detail about some shady D-list companies that look for anyone getting online attention to set up shady crypto scams around. This video was about the HawkTuah girl and how it ran her through the content gristmill for crypto rug pulls. What I found curious was that these particular “content mill companies” operate out of Nashville. Skip to 30:30 in the video to get the basic info about how they setup and structure these scams, but the scams needs someone who generates clicks or gets attention to operate.
I have a feeling one of the scammy content mills thought they might be able to use the past e-fame of Gunt and Baked Alaska for to get attention for content plus crypto scam, until they actually met them and decided they weren’t even viable for that. They saw no potential in a group of fat, middle aged, alcoholics creating content to promote a meme coin.
The best part of the "how many kids do YEW have?" bit is that having kids was a huge pyrrhic victory for old ragepig. If he didn't have kids he would probably at least be able to lay his head down every night within the borders of the United States of America instead of the dust bowl he calls home and definitely wouldn't have attempts at fatherhood aylogging him into a deep depression.
