If you have a highly low functioning 16 year old autistic son that is a eloper and violent he should not be in the front seat without an appropriate harness. It should be on the parent if your severely autistic son gets into your lap while on the highway and then you open the door on the shoulder of said highway and he escapes and runs into traffic and gets hit by a car. Because you are the reason he was able to get out because he was not appropriately secured into his seat.

Oh and then posting and monetizing on it and everything else your child does (in addition to finding a way to get your 2nd child diagnosed as well via teaching her what to say) makes it even worse.

The fact that she never had an "let the tard have his screaming fit" plan isn't exactly surprising, in a way.

Here is her "autistic" daughter. The"wimsy" is that she likes to cut herself and threaten suicide.
Isn't this just spoiled teen behavior? I'd see if she's been through some actual shit, but it doesn't exactly add up if an autist is already in a low-demand environment. Well, it kind of does if she can't handle being told "no" if her mom just let's her get away with everything

She likes to use those for monitezation and tries to forces him to tard rage on camera.

She also sprays him like a cat with a power washer when he goes to a spot she doesn't want him at.

Ok, that's funny in a really dark way. But it's also child abuse, especially if he's cognitively challenged.

However, the mom is also an retard for doing the same thing for clicks across four different vids. In fact, kind of reminds me of what autists on Reddit complains about the "autism moms" on Instagram or whatever

Mom seems to think her daughter's behavior really cute and quirky. I expect to see the girl on a youtube police body-cam channel video sooner rather than later, showing "whimsy" slammed to the ground and hauled off in cuffs, while repeating "I didn't do nuthin!" 100 times, as mom screams at the cops to "Let her go!" and berates them for being prejudice.
Mom apparently thinks daughter can do no wrong, but looks like she like enjoys torturing her son. The kid actually shows a lot of restraint, especially for a severe autist, and while he's obviously quite retarded, from what I've seen so far, his mom acts more unstable and autistic, than he does. I dont know if the accident left the kid with physical limitations, but if he recovers and gets his retard strength back, I wouldn't be surprised if she antagonizes him to the point where he finally snaps and she posts a video from her hospital bed titled "my autistic son tried to killed me."

Only five? So you're only talking of a month of therapy?
I got reminded autists get a shitload of therapy at least in Poland. Privately it costs a few thousands. "Highly low " autists get a lot of therapy that obviously doesn't work but allegedly they benefit a bit.

And if you're racist there was just one post about a black couple with brittle bone disease (totally wheelchair bound) who made themselves a kid who also is 100% dependent on others.

But yes this thread unfortunately lacks black people and other people of color which is very heinous and we should work on equalizing the representation of people of color in this thread. Nevertheless this thread is 9/10 in terms of quality I read it obsessively.
A single man earning less than $15,750 doesn't need to pay any federal taxes—so it's safe to assume those medical bills will exceed the entirety of kiwifarmers combined five year tax contributions.
but when you pay for something (cheese) at the shop it's taxed. If you pay for a service such as the gym it's taxed.

This one is a potential, future tard baby: Article Link | Archive
At 6:20 p.m. on Super Bowl Sunday, an Arizona toddler was pronounced dead in an emergency room.

At 11:52 p.m., the boy was found breathing in a hospital morgue.

What happened during that nearly six-hour period — and the circumstances that led to the near-drowning of 18-month-old Vincent Lorenzo Fiordilino in a pool — are now under investigation by the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.

“The child ultimately survived and has been released from the hospital,” the Gilbert Police Department said in a statement.

But the department has also recommended to the county attorney that his parents be charged with child abuse.

The parents, according to a police report obtained by NBC affiliate KPNX of Phoenix, may have not realized their son had wandered off to the pool while the game was on due to “the potential of both parents’ state of mind being impaired by marijuana and/or other mind altering substances.”

“Both admitted to smoking marijuana the morning of the drowning,” the report states.

A spokesperson for the county attorney declined to comment on the case.

Meanwhile, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center confirmed it had conducted its own internal investigation into what it called a “heartbreaking situation.”

But the hospital has not revealed the results of its investigation and declined to answer questions from NBC News concerning whether the doctor who mistakenly pronounced the boy dead remains on staff.

That doctor is identified as A. Toosi in the police report. And when he was questioned by a police officer about his decision to pronounce the boy dead while the child was still gasping for air, the doctor allegedly pulled rank.

“Please do your thing and let me do my thing,” Toosi is quoted as saying in the report. “I went to medical school for a reason.”

A doctor named Aryan Toosi is identified in available reports as being affiliated with that hospital. He referred NBC News to lawyer Scott Holden.

In a statement to NBC News on Friday, the lawyer cited the police report and a potential case against the child’s parents.

“Because of this, as well as patient confidentiality, we are unable to make a full statement at this time other than to assure you that there is much more to this case, both factually and medically, than has been reported thus far,” he said.

Vincent, the toddler, is not identified in the police report by name, but his family has set up a crowdfunding page to help with the medical costs.

“I can’t comment on this right now, but thanks for calling,” a man who answered the phone at the house where Vincent lives said before hanging up.

According to the crowdfunding page, Vincent is breathing with the assistance of a ventilator. He has avoided serious brain damage but will require ongoing medical monitoring and extensive therapy.

The turn of events began around 5:38 p.m. on Feb. 8 with a 911 call for help after the boy was found floating face down in the family pool and a relative tried to revive him by performing CPR, according to the report.

The boy was then rushed to the emergency room at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, where an ER team that included Toosi took over the effort to save him.

At 6:13 p.m., according to the report, Toosi was seen checking the time on “a cell phone with a cheetah print orange and black case” before he went out to deliver bad news to the boy’s parents.

Minutes later, Toosi had words with a Gilbert police officer who appeared to question his diagnosis and then returned to the ER.

“As long as there are no objections, I’d like to call time of death,” Toosi said, according to the report.

Then, “at approximately 18:20 hours, Dr. Toosi called the time of death and requested a moment of silence.”

Arizona toddler declared dead was found alive in a morgue

But the child’s parents and police officers who had been in the ER said in the report that the child still appeared to be gasping for breath after he was declared dead.

Then, at around 7:18 p.m., a detective on the scene reported hearing “another audible gasp” as the ER workers were preparing to move the boy from the trauma room to the “cold room” that serves as the hospital’s morgue and where the temperature is set at 36 to 39 degrees.

A newly released police report and 911 calls are providing new details about how an 18-month-old boy who was declared dead at a Gilbert hospital was later found alive in the morgue.
The child was pulled from a backyard swimming pool during a Super Bowl party around 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 8. According to the police report, the toddler had been floating face down in the pool for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. A 911 call from the scene captured a family member frantically reporting the incident and describing relatives performing CPR. Once first responders arrived on scene, the boy was rushed to Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.

At 6:20 p.m., a doctor pronounced him dead and his parents said goodbye.
About five hours later, while the parents were being questioned by detectives at a police station, they learned their son was still alive.

Police records describe how the critical error occurred. According to the report, as the doctor went to notify the parents of their son’s death, a nurse said, “I have a pulse.” When an officer alerted the doctor, he “arrogantly” said “he was the doctor, he has the medical degree, he went to medical school for a reason, and to let him do his thing,” the report states.
Police witnessed the doctor tell hospital staff to stop performing life-saving measures due to the child’s condition. Several nurses left the emergency room in tears after the time of death was called.

Both parents and police expressed concern that the child appeared to still be breathing, noting multiple gasps for air. Nurses said the gasps were “agonal breathing.” An hour after the boy was declared dead, an officer heard another gasp. The boy was taken to the morgue. Just before midnight, medical examiner staff arrived to transport the body and found he was still breathing. He was then life-flighted to Phoenix Children’s Hospital.

The doctor who made the error is not facing criminal charges. A Dignity Health spokesperson released the following statement: “This is a heartbreaking situation. We immediately conducted a thorough review of all aspects of the care that was provided to learn what happened and to make meaningful changes to strengthen our care. Out of respect for the patient’s privacy, we cannot discuss details. We continue to work with the family and their representative. Patient safety and exceptional care is our highest priority.” The most recent update from police on the toddler’s condition is that he may have brain damage but has been released from the hospital.

The boy’s parents, who have two other young children, could face child abuse charges. According to the police report, both the mother and father admitted to smoking marijuana and not watching their son closely during the party. The case is currently under review by the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.

The big news story is that the doctor pronounced the child dead, but he was found 6 hours later in the mortuary with a pulse. It's a shocking headline, but the full story isn't out rn, I'm still absolutely on this doctor's side. This child was face down in the water for 10-15 minutes. There is no good prognosis; this child has an Anoxic brain injury. The doctor likely called brain death, and can't defend himself, stating the truth of what actually happened that day without violating HIPAA, so as always, the crazed family is free to lie to spin their lies to the media.

Note that the GoFundMe claims he was only face down drowning for 5 minutes, not 10-15 as in the police report, and it's also downplaying the brain damage he has. Of course, the parents who were busy smoking weed and celebrating the World Cup, who were too distracted to notice their child drowning, would never lie. They're likely facing criminal charges for child neglect, and the mother is already facing charges for speeding:

Note this isn't a recent case, the drowning happened 5 months ago, on the 9th of February, if there hasn't been good news by now, then the doctor absolutely made the right call declaring this child brain dead. I'm betting the parents are dropping this story right now as the police are looking to file charges for child neglect, and they're hoping to shift the blame onto the doctor as much as possible before the truth comes out. And acting as the most loving parents now to make up for letting him drown in the first place.

It's a horrible story all around.
