I do find it weird how, for all the talk about how a fantastical series doesn't need to be concerned with realism, when it comes to Metroid, suddenly realism must be prioritized. And anything remotely anime is garbage.

I look at twitter once a month or so and it's truly impressive how many people devote countless hours every day engaging in the exact same discourse over and over again. Some people having logged years of bitching about the same trans shit or whatever (on either side). Can't be good for your brain. Log off from time to time
I had it. I cannot deal with the Twitter any longer the algorithm is built to keep you perpetually angry and I doubt that some of the clips posted are even recent. I have found that it’s really fucking with my mental health. People around me have noticed I am snippy. My mom especially has to tell me constantly to take a deep breath. I deleted the app this time for good hopefully.

If you relapse, I recommend going into settings and digging around to find your list of "interests" or whatever its called (I don't remember exactly where, long time since I used it) and cleaning up.
At least for me it improved the FYP/homepage a lot.
I swear twitter is just a skinner box now. I spend most of my time blocking people, muting people, using "dont show me this", etc and it does nothing. I'm afraid to interact with anything because the moment I do my timeline becomes nothing but that kind of content. The latest issue I'm having is that 99% of my timeline is random japanese life stuff and I'm constantly getting black/indian clickbait slop. Everyone says only use the following tab but its slow as fuck despite following tons of people so I always go back to 'for you'.
For a brief period of time around the marudo chaos and charlie kirk assassination twitter was awesome. It was nonstop right leaning chaos and I was having a blast but now its just totally fucked and nothing I do helps.
I remember hearing a claim that a feature was going to be added that allowed you to hide posts from accounts based on where the account is located. Was this just a rumor? Some concerning news with a recent Twitter change to "stop AI bots." Allegedly, some users are being forced to confirm that they are "human" with the only options being face ID, a selfie, or confirming with your palm. This essentially means in order to unlock this restriction on your account, you must dox your real-life face to Twitter/X. N/A
This comes after another recent change where you can no longer create Twitter accounts with an email during sign-up.
