This is an interesting question. I wonder if the US will survive this moment of ridiculous political polarization or simply split up into a Republican USA and whatever the fuck Democrats want. My hope is the DSA types get destroyed politically and we go back to a 90's or even a 2000's type country that chills the fuck out. The problem is true socialist believers are never content with whatever they get and they will never stop repeating the errors of the 20th century. You cannot make people perfect, or a perfect society, by telling people how to live their lives. It didn't work for fascism, it didn't work for communism, and socialist Europe is already arresting people for wrongthink and nullifying elections they don't like. America does it right by leaving people alone as much as possible.

It was surprisingly pleasant, not very crowded, but the biggest laugh I got was from seeing all the White people (and the one black family) dressed in red, white and blue or American flag stuff, while every spic was wearing black. One spic couple were speaking Spanish while both wearing Mexican flag shirts, and then checked out with their anchor babies EBT.
