There's a part of Liquid Chris that many of the copycats don't really seem to get, which I've tried to highlight in your line here. Chris had ego, they were embodying a specific type of pride where they refused to accept anyone could outdo them or that they in some way could improve, always moving the goalpost or deflecting blame. A Liquid Chris in the style we saw with CWC can only work with CWC because it was meant to poke and prod at the person he was; that is to say, be a version of Chris who he could not argue was inferior without actually having to look inside himself and see where his own faults lay. Liquid analyzed what Chris found important for himself, and tried to emulate it as a way to poke fun at Chris. When Chris tried to say he was the real one, he had to make it about how only HE could do xyz, to which Liquid took him up on that challenge. It was never about "I'm superior" for Liquid, it was always "You set the terms, and I won based on the terms you set up."Actually understanding all nuances of Chris' character
Using another cow in Cyraxx, it's arguable that Marty was the only other person ever who understood how the Liquid Chris persona actually works. To be a "Liquid" you don't try to be a "superior copy", your persona is meant to force the cow to reflect upon who they are in a way that they can't actually argue against. You poke and prod at their ego in such a way that makes them feel they have to confront you, and then you strike at them based on their terms. Chance thinks he's the drift king of Akron? Prod at him until he challenges you to a race, then beat him. Chance calls you out? Point out how much of a tough guy he says he is and offer to have a fight in his hometown. Chance says a blind kid raped him with contradictory evidence? Find that blind kid and let him tell his own story on stream. It was never about proving Chance inferior, it was a revenge move of dismantling every little ego-based lie Chance held dearly to in a way that he feared most: by not letting him control the narrative.
How would you make a Liquid Nova then? Frankly I don't know if you even can, or if you could then it's something outside of what I can answer. A Liquid Cow is meant to force the cow into a position of failure they set themselves up for, and as far as Gabe goes I think there's really only one way to do it: Have mild success and interest in topics he also likes, and get him to try and ape off you. The rest is sort've up in the air, given there's really nothing left to cling on for a proper Liquid Cow to form. The best I could assume is if you lived near his house already and had a successful indie business, maybe you could make a streaming career where you get the eye of Nova to idolize you and then fuck with him. I'm mostly speculating at this point.
