the fact this isnt even about antisemitism this time makes it worse, the agency responsible for social cohesion is the one in charge of antisemitism as well. why? jews are a miniscule part of the population. less than one percent in aussie land. the fuck is purging less than one percent of the population going to do to social cohesion? normally nothing, if the social fabric is designed around them everything. why is the agency trying to say josh is indecent for displaying a mass shooting against non jewish white people also dual focused on one particular insignificant minority? how can people say jews dont have too much power when this exists.

I'm not sure what the issue is here. The Royal Commission is advising that the documents provided by the eSafety Commissioner - which are the ones referred to in this thread - are relevant to the website, and giving the opportunity for Lolcow LLC to object to their publication. Royal Commissions are essentially independent panels that explore a problem within the remit they are given. They don't have any enforcement powers, and are not at all trying to do what the eSafety Commissioner tried to do. This solicitor has made contact so that there is a fair opportunity for the subject of these documents to object to their publication. Where's the problem?

If anything, the Royal Commission may have been an opportunity for Lolcow LLC to submit that the eSafety Commissioner is harming social cohesion by attempting to police the internet. Alas, submissions are now closed.
