those were only spazzing because they couldn't accurately track his eyes, probably because of a combo of his low-fidelity webcam, low-light room, and fuckin chameleon eyes.

"SteelFang" was the best Vtuber arc, "NekoGamer" and "SonicStardust" don't even come close. I love Raxxos unhealthy fixation with auto tune, most of the time it sounds like he's either talking directly into a old metal desk fan or streaming from a cavern. Once in a blue moon though, you get a particularly egregious example like SteelFang or that time he sounded like a demon in a really low budget horror movie where you know that he thinks it sounds bad ass as fuck. To literally anyone else, it sounds so distorted and incomprehensibly bad that it has to be some kind of satire, only someone as incompetent and dumb as Raxx would hear that distorted gibberish and think it sounds acceptable before unironically publicly posting something using it expecting nothing but praise and positive feedback.
