When you're to the left of Karl Marx everything to the right of you is fascism. Wikipedia which is mostly center left with some racial and political areas of the site that are laughably fringe left. To the communist this is not fringe enough. It is not enough to simply imply Donald Trump is a Nazi you must outright declare it. Not doing so is helping normalize the fascist enemy. Remember, Reddit is also the same website where people believe the New York times a very, very progressive left website is right-wing because they dared to cover trans stories that were critical of trans ideology. Some of reddit may not have been the cesspool it is now but that was exclusively about 10 years ago at the least, and EVEN THEN r/politics has never been anything other than as-absurdly-tyrant-left-commie-faggot-as-humanly-possible. Had GPT openly tell me it cant share certain information with me as it doesnt want to endorse "hateful ideologies". It was obviously because their morality or safety team or whatever put in hard guard rails.
In my experience ChatGPT is more willing to talk about right wing beliefs and whatnot in a more neutral tone. I like to test it out whenever a new version or whatever drops just to see if it'll ever really be worth using seriously.
I've also noticed that the quality of ChatGPTs responses changes depending on the device you're on. When I'm on mobile it'll be pretty retarded and overuse emojis whereas on my laptop it's more likely to drop down decently written paragraphs and just in general be more intelligent. This might just be some type of confirmation bias or whatever on my part though.

I think you're overestimating the impact of wikipedia in this current environment. Information and society right now is so siloed and varied that there isn't really a single arbiter or authority of truth right now(which is a good thing if its these lib fags controlling what's true). The average social media vertical short form video shitpost with even a 100k views probably has more impact than a fagipedia article with a similar amount of views or more a month or so.
And it's not just a single video either, it's dozens and hundreds of videos & posts, which leads to a culture & some form of community which has exponentially more impact than any amount of wiki articles. People don't really scroll on any encyclopedia for 8+ hours a day and find friends there but they do on social media. It might've been different a decade or two ago but I think their monopoly now has lessened.
You say this, but Wikipedia is highly trusted by the devs training ChatGPT et al. The bias in Wikipedia propagates into the LLMs that we are increasingly using in lieu of Google/Wikipedia to find answers. It still has a very real impact on how people see the world.

I would expect different instructions being injected into ChatGPTs context based on your device info - makes a lot of sense to instruct for conciseness or similar on a mobile device with less screen real-estate to work with. You may be able to control this to some degree if you're signed in, I know Anthropic and Perplexity allow you to set response style preferences on your profile.

There's actually been recent cases where people have used spoiler culture tier reasoning shit to get people into legal trouble in non-american countries. Big one I can think of is that one Japanese guy there was an article repost about in like A&N or somewhere similar a few months back. Like they actually managed get the guy fined for copyright infringement somehow by talking about the plot of the fucking things he was reviewing.
