Listening to a Reg pod episode and somehow all these years later they are still talking about airports and Gavin says something like "you know when the entire family stands in front of the baggage thing what are they getting out of that" and it occured to me that I think a lot of them speak with their experience level. Like if my dumb ass was at the airport I'd likely be the guy Geoff was mad at next podcast. I have never been in an airport or even near one in my life, a lot of people fly one or a few times their entire life. It's not super unreasonable to go well my bags come out here so I'll stand in line here.
This is like the shrek thing where I mentioned they have no idea how some generations love and look at the Shrek movies and Eddie Murphy.
They also had a thing where they counted how many hot dogs they eat a year and Geoff was annoyed that comments kept saying things about how the average listed online didn't seem crazy because the common man might be eating a lot of hot dogs and his example was that his wife and mom and daughter do not eat many hot dogs. Bro, I been poor as shit in my life where a 1 dolloar package of hot dogs was dinner for a week, that's who their not accounting for, obviously in that year I would have skewed the average because what I can afford in college is Bar S mystery meat 1 dollar hot dog packs of 8.
I keep realizing more and more most of the issues and disconnect any of these RT people have is just them not realizing people with different life experiences than them exists.
