At least $700 of that $850 is suspect and might not be real donations at all. When people hear he's getting 850 suddenly he sounds like a streamer worth giving money to and a successful one. In an industry like streaming where it's pretty feast or famine, faking success can absolutely lead to real success for some people.

Only reason he is doing this is because he got felted by the Casino the other day when they got sub bombed a shit ton. His ego is that fragile and his fan base is at its lowest I wouldn't be surprised if he is legit being propped up by 3 or 4 people at most. That 17$ dollar stream was a foresight into the future, this was most likely those few paypigs just couldn't make the stream. Let's also not mention he is buying pokemon cards like a meth head and faking tips to open packs on top of opening entire boxes on his "days off". Like he is digging himself further and further into a ditch that no amount of pay pigs can bail him out. I highly doubt he is even realistically making 100k at this point, no fucking way bro.

Well, Phil is the king of semantics, he's the ultimate Reddit user on that regard.

He actually spent 1651 dollars, so the entire statement is WRONG and therefore DEBUNKED. Phil created a system where he literally can't ever be wrong because if you get the tiniest detail wrong, then it's all false, and if you do know every little detail, then you're obsessed and therefore wrong aswell.
 
When Phil shits on someone for retiring and vanishing from making khantent in their 30s, what he's actually saying is "I wish I could have retired in my 30s and not have to deal with these literal fucking retards everyday". I'm pretty sure he hates every last fan he has and is ashamed of them. I retired 2 months after my 34th birthday, am I some mouth drooling mahran Phil?

The funniest thing about that totally not envy-filled ra(yu)nt is that he heavily implies that those "idiots" who make shlahp just to retire early just become thoughtless lumps who lose all passion for life and give up on their interests and end up spending all their time sitting there doin' nothin' as soon as they retire, when in reality people who retire, no matter what job they had, are glad that they got out of that stupid fucking grind and now get to fully invest their time into their interests and passions. He's both seething because he fucking wishes he got out of this stupid grind when he had a chance instead of becoming a glorified daycare for retards (and one of the biggest and most enduring lolcows on the internet ever) and he's projecting because he is pretty much a passionless, thoughtless lump just sitting there all day doing nothing and having no real interests.

It's crazy that he always forces himself to do these overly wordy, "pretend based" rants about shit and the only audience they could possibly appeal to are people who lack even surface level knowledge of whatever he's complaining about. It's self-affirming, self-soothing noise for the sake of noise. It's crazy that a guy who is so completely obsessed with his public perception is so steadfast in his refusal to learn about or understand anything.

Anyone checked when was the last time DownFromTheRafters logged into WWEC? I think LSF and others need to shit on Phil way more often. Because that gives us even more retardation from Phil to "felt the trolls" while sinking deeper and deeper into his addictions.

And him ranting about Youtubers who retire "early" just shows how stupid he is. YouTube isn't a normal Job. You don't clock in- clock out and get automatically paid (he thinks that and it shows). You are self-employed (usually) and so you need to take care of everything. And this grind is probably more exhausting then a 9-5 Job. If you do it right you can quit it at the right time and use it to either build something else (Maybe get a job in the field you talked about) or you made smart investments that can last you for the rest of your life. Phil on the other Hand...Well just look at him. Should he for example fall seriously ill he is fucked. Or does he think he can pay in Pokemon cards??? He probably expects his dents to send money for treatments.
 
I've seen a couple other Youtubers play games from this year's Steam Next Fest. It's been laugh and almost like a grab bag with mystery treats. You don't know what you'll get. It's a bit like when Phil says he has a surprise, and it's almost always dissappointing, except it's done well when other people do it.

So I haven't the foggiest idea what that stream was but the bits I saw were absolute dreck. Just a glorified suggestion box where everything is either carrot dangled, throttled in the manger, or basketted in case Phil can monetise it somehow. How is so bad at this? Just fucking buy a game.

These tips today are obviously pre planned to do some kind of soothing to daddy pig after the Asmon video (i don't care what Dave has said since the bump was over, he still held out a bit of hope for that podcast appearance on the roach show - the latest bleeding gums video destroyed any shred of that hope) and he knows it.
If someone random or even a regular dent gave me £500 in one go, a) i'd be fucking stunned for at least 30 secs b) The rest of the stream would be a fucking party. That stream yesterday after getting EIGHT FUCKING HUNDRED felt like a wake.

To make him happy and to felt us coz, i really don't feel that felted watching a 44 year old shut in play with kiddie cards, in all honesty this is the best arc we've had for a while. Last thing, he's clearly in way, way deeper money wise, i would bet (tuhuh) just based on how he is with everything, that he's in for at minimum, double what has been worked out and probably another chunk on top.

Fake or not, it's really weird getting 500 from a single person when you're a video game streamer, most popular streamers getting donos aren't getting more than 50 per paypig.

I know it's been said countless times but that's not a sustainable model relying on a few whales, even if they are on some governmental aid program.
So far the only reason he's still here with that model is just cause he somehow manages to get new whales every time one leaves (and that's mostly due to his kino escapade and then the asmongold interview)
