Tucker Carlson defends Graham Platner, an actual Nazi who is anti ICE and pro child genital mutilation.

To my knowledge Tucker still hasn't talked about the Rape Report. If anyone has a source that he has, I'd love to see it. Until then, I hope that demon that keeps attacking him rapes him.

Gustavo Petro copes and sneeds, using Israel as an excuse for his loss lol.
Second source.

It seems like every communist woke up one day and received new programming to just mention Israel as a magic spell that gets you out of any bad situation.

According to a Quantus poll a few days ago, the US-Iran deal is favored by a majority of people.

Assuming this poll is marginally correct, I think it's safe to say places like Twitter and Rumble have become so disconnected from reality it's not even a proper gauge of basic public sentiment. We've known this for a while, but this would confirm it.

I am woefully uninformed on the data center debate. Could someone give me a short, concise explanation as to which side is the racist one?
In order for the fake economy to generate enough porn, we need datacenters that consume more energy than all the rest of humanity combined. If we don't build them NOW NOW NOW China wins the AI race, which means ???? and then profit.

The entire anti data center movement is funded by the Chinese. They don't even try to hide it.
Politicians from the local to the federal level and techbros in general have put in a lot of groundwork by being scummy fucks so it's a very cost effective propaganda maneuver for China to pull

Imagine being leftarded; you get raging mad because someone renovated a monument that you never cared about until they cleaned it up, so you vandalize the monument and then laugh when people claim that you vandalized it, even though you openly wish for the renovations to fail.

Most of the scaremongering about Data Centers comes from a book "If Anyone Builds It, Everyone Dies: Why Superhuman AI Would Kill Us All" by Eliezer (((Yudkowsky))). In said book the doomsday scenario is AI starts making it's own decisions without human oversight (cause there can't be any realistic human oversight) and it kills everyone on Earth not out of malice but just because it doesn't consider humanity in it's calculations. It needs infinite numbers of power plants to generate power for itself so it just eats up entire oceans in nuclear power and the waste heat boils away the rest.

Almost all of the neo-luddite talking points are either directly from this book or are from various flavors of Indian scaremongering on social media or youtube for clicks quoting this book. And ignoring how Eliezer's a Jew, the CCP is heavily involved in trying to get us to kneecap ourselves as pointed out by others in this thread not too long ago. Shit is moving very fast and the CCP only has to get us to stumble a little bit to let them get a huge advantage. A few useful idiots demanding environmental studies that will only take 30, 40 years to never actually be completed would let the CCP (who will simply shoot the environmentalists) completely dominate the field forever.

This isn't to say AI isn't a scam. It is. But it's a scam that has the not small chance of becoming something else entirely, and whoever controls that will have the economic equivalent of nuclear weapons.
And the craziest thing is that Eliezer's cult runs Anthropic, one of the major AI companies.
You miss the point. If energy facilities are shutting down, then building power-hungry data centers are the last thing the states need. This is part of the pants-on-head execution the administration has with AI. States should be rewarded with data centers only if they have energy capacity to absorb it. Make power plants first, then data centers second so the gird can absorb the shock and raise supply. The current execution is putting the cart before the horse and its a clusterfuck.
The tech companies aren't dumbasses. They're not building datacenters in states with retarded energy policies. Despite being headquartered in California, none of them are building datacenters there because thanks to green nonsense California has 5-10 times the electricity price of other states.
We're now into the "chicken-or-egg" problem. Question: whose going to pay for those massive increases to the power generation in the first place? Is it just meant to fall out of the sky? No, it has to be paid for and, generally, the tax revenue that data centres bring in tends to be more than enough. Or we can sit around with our thumbs up our asses. I guess that works.
It's paid for by the companies building the datacenter. Trump even made them sign a pledge promising to do that, though that was just for show because they've always been paying for infrastructure.

The problem is they're not always building new infrastructure. They're sometimes just outbidding municipalities with circular funny money.

Which is another issue. You and I have to pay for things with money. These people are paying for everything with Pollyanna in Outer Space equity valuations. SpaceX is worth something like $2T because of little more than a fantasy of datacenters in space. But Elon can trade and borrow against the equity to get things. If it all comes crashing down in a year or two? Caveat emptor, sucker!

Meanwhile, you and I can't afford things because the people with fake money bought it all.

These 2 things made me seriously question if you ever spent any time in the US or have any idea of what the Average American is like. While religion is an important part of many peoples lives, they can understand dogma is not the be all and end all of morality, and if you match up on 99% of the big questions, what exact flavor of religion doesn't really matter all that much to most people.
You have zero idea what you're talking about. Vance is a convert, they are usually far more religious than people who were raised in the religion. A convert being lax is extremely rare.

Vance states that Israel needs to engage in conversation with Hezbollah who regularly flies drones and shoots rockets into Israel to target civilians.

If AI was so shit why is China mass producing nuclear reactors, getting the AI companies to re configure their stuff to work on lower tech Chinese hardware and trying very very hard to get to parity with western hardware.

I know a lot about Graham Platner, unfortunately. Seeing Tucker defend this guy is... weird.
  • Has a giant totenkopf tattoo. Claims he had no idea what it meant, but many associates close to him have said he knew exactly what it was and he got it on purpose.
  • Had a massive DM leak where he was being an unrepentant sex pest, especially while married.
  • Ex-girlfriends came out saying he was violent towards them.
  • To try and salvage his political run, his wife did a very awkward video supporting him post-DM leak. The video came across like the camera was pointing a gun at her.
  • Reddit comments came out which were homophobic, made fun of women who get raped in the military, and also made rude remarks about both rural white people and rural white women who get raped. Basically, the guy seems to think it's funny when women get raped.
  • He's an out-and-out commie, his whole platform is being a commie, and he's clearly only doing it for political power. Dude went from making anti-tranny statements to defending tranny kids and letting boys in girl's sports.
In my opinion, the guy's worst offense is that he's a complete poser. He will do whatever it takes to get attention and power.

Interesting video, but I think it sidesteps a lot of white mans history when it comes to religion. About every 50-75 years we get in a mood and start finding all new ways to believe.

We have had a number of religious great awakenings, with new believers in various traditions. Mormons, evangelicals, spiritualists, new age woo are all distinctly American things. The people make the religion, not the land.

Seeing Tucker defend this guy is... weird.
Tucker yesterday:

"There’s no chance I would support the Republican Party. Not going to support the Democratic Party. I don’t know what I’m going to do.”

“How could I, or any American voters, support a political party that’s not loyal to the United States, that puts the interests of a foreign country above those of its own citizens?”

“It’s not possible to vote for people like that. And I’m not going to.”

“I’ve been a consistent defender for 35 years of the Republican Party. I mean, very consistent defender. But there’s no defending this because it’s immoral.”

“And it’s exactly the opposite of what a political party in a democracy is charged with doing, which is representing its own voters, its own citizens, its own nation. And they’re not doing that.”

“So, no, I’m out. And if I’m out, then I think a lot of other people are out.”

Tucker is advocating for this guy as "practically the same" as a Republican who votes with her party 94% of the time.

Tucker is obviously trying to force a blue wave to try and take over the Republican party.
