No one will do anything.
Everyone knows about the UK, France, or Germany, but even smaller nations like Belgium, Denmark, and Sweden are already minority-majority, it's just the boomers and Gen Xers carrying the momentum.

Turks in Germany separate in several groups. Those that came in the 1970s-1980s were low class workers, they had no language or cultural knowledge about Germany. They were forced to live in bad conditions for assimilation and most assimilated well but still kept islamic beliefs. They and their children have Turkish citizenship and can vote in Turkish elections (of course, to the most islamist party that ruins anything in Turkey). They benefit a lot from Germany's living standards and economy and still whine about it. Their children marry kurds and arabs. The 2nd generation Turkish immigrants in Germany are mixing with kurds/arabs.

The later Turkish immigrants are mostly young people of little to no islamic beliefs, mostly students and others that are tired of everything about Turkey. Those brag about how they came to Germany to work as food delivery drivers with medicine/law/engineering degrees.
