Crash teams get in and out. I doubt there was a crash team from the sheriff's office, but if either the gravel companies insurance does an investigation, they would be relying mostly on pictures taken at the scene before the tow, and an inspection of the Nissan and the loader. Any witnesses that weren't involved would have been identified in the police report if they came forward.

Unfortunately, I have seen a few people hooked on fentanyl (as well as lesser opioids).
