I think that this is the best outcome possible but for reasons only a couple of you've described.
The Jomhas from the Hasansphere's perspective were always symbolic asset. Having a former friend of Ethan that most of the Internet gaslit itself into believing was a career killer was the closest they got to a power move. It was always a message to Ethan that nothing was beyond their reach if having their own employees on dual loyalty wasn't good enough a reminder. The problem is that they didn't get the hydrogen bomb they expected, but a coughing baby.
The Jomhas on paper offered this legitimacy in the form of Content Cop, a new influencer event with Creator Clash and even the opportunity for Hasan to get in Cold Ones (which he obviously wanted to get into, he even named an episode of FEAR& "Cold Ones ft. Hasanabi"). You don't need me to explain how all of those fell apart. These plans didn't age like milk, they decayed like Hydrogen-7. If you ask me, you can literally see Hasan's enthusiasm leaving his body the more you watch of his stream with Ian. Like he was giddy he got to swipe Ethan's friend idubbbz and instead got the raped. Ian really is just a worse MikefromPA with an even more toxic background.
The Jomhas are what you would call in strategy as a "moral centre of gravity". Their only importance is the prestige they hold because of what they used to be. The Anisa and Is may as well be the anti-Alamo, because no one wants to remember them. Their desperation earned them nothing and Hasan didn't even retain Anisa's name. They are effectively a white elephant. Not even a pawn because they are so unstable you couldn't even stack them with the useful pawns to make a decent defence.
While it was an emotional decision, I think that Ethan was always going to give the Jomhas the absolute lowest bar for an apology so it could be used against them just based on Hasan's reaction. Ian doesn't lose his money but looks like a bitch compared to every other cronie, he looks like he gets especial treatment as a man and gets his main source of support severed by Ethan being the bigger man. It was an emotional decision, but I think if it was influenced on perception, it was because of the Casino.
TL; DR: Ethan won by making the Jomhas bigger losers.
