the polish-lithuanian commonwealth would be fully restored + they would get everything to the oder river, all of ukraine and crimea, all of the balkans, constantinople and czechoslovakia the minorities would have home rule though because poles arent dumbasses like their sicko neighbors

russia can get the caucuses and central asia no more though

france would be balkanized like the hre into 1000 different states

ireland would be reunified and scotland would become independent i dont care about wales.

germany would remain divided among pre 1870 borders except prussia would get alsace-lorraine

italy would get corisa, nice and savoy and all the italian lands of the balkans including albania and parts of anatolia

bulgaria would get macedonia greece would get turkish thrace and lands in anatolia serbia would be made as small as possible

hungary would keep its pre ww1 borders and get bosina and all of croatia

i dont care about iberia or scandinavia

america

the united states gets the whole continent of it the majority spic parts would be territories like puerto rico all quebecers would be sent back to france

asia the middle east becomes a christian ethnostate remaining turkish lands would join too all non converted muslims can go to the sahara desert
