I couldn't reply to your message and this is the only thing I could quote, but on the corrupt Judge Fourth District Judge Roger W. Griffin letting suspected pedophile David Hamblin off by dismissing a pedophile case with prejudice because the police withheld evidence.
As your article states originally the charges were against David for molesting a girl in her and Hamblin's neighborhood some decades ago. David Hamblin isn't super high in the church but he is, I think, at a local level. He was Elders Quorum President. Here is the probable pedophile. I find it interesting the case was allowed to proceed until the female victim claimed she was a victim of satanic ritual abuse at the church. Before, it was just a case against some neighborhood creep, but when it implicated the church thats when the case was dropped with prejudice. over a technicality with the pro Mormon police force. very curious.
She, and three other alleged victims also claimed the county prosecutor not involved with this case, David Leavitt was involved in the satanic abuse ring which involved cannibalism and sex abuse, allegedly. Leavitt dismissed the allegations as a smear campaign against his re-election. Source.
Importantly, David Hamblin is still performing unlicensed therapy under the guise of healing circles. Including gay conversion therapy. if he is a pedophile, then my guess is he is trying to convert children into being gay, not the other way around.
This is not the end for Hamblin. As of the 2025 reporting I found, he still faced a separate Sanpete County case involving six counts of sexual abuse of a child. That case allegedly involved a young boy patient in therapy sessions around 1990–1992, when the child was around 4 or 5. Source. As far as I can find out, this third case is still ongoing.
Note, the Utah county case was the second case dropped against Hamblin.

Under Christianity and Islam, people of any skin color are allowed into heaven. In Mormonism, being born Black was a curse by God upon ye for some shit that happened before you were even born, and you were barred from heaven.
