Planter is running into issues. Now I believe that he still wins because he can attack Collins on abortion due to her voting for Kavanaugh and her approval ratings going down back this up. It is good enough to move it from Likely-->Lean D.

Talarico isn't as good as 2018 Beto. Not changing the rating but it is enough to declare OH the tipping point state for Senate control.

Now pretty confident that Muslim guy wins MI primary so I would remove the asterisk from that rating.
There is zero chance Collins loses.
The issue with warm lighting is that our eyes are much less sensitive to it when it's dark (scotopic vision), so even though sodium vapor lamps are quite efficient, especially the monocromatic low pressure variant, they're much less efficient than cold LEDs at night. IMHO white LEDs are the way on highways and large avenues where driver vision is critical. In residential or suburban streets, warm lighting, be it sodium or warm LEDs, is better for aesthetic and sleep deprivation reasons.
There is a lot of confusion here about efficiency and what the new LED lamps are supposed to solve. I’ll try to break things down in a more clear manner.

Efficiency of lamps is measured in lumens per watt. A lumen is visible light flux from a source. The ‘visible light’ is key. It means lumens already compensate for how we perceive different colors in different brightness levels (yellow looks brighter than blue given the same power). So you can compare lm/W of two lamps, regardless of the colors, and determine which is more efficient for illuminating an area. Therefore LPS lamps are the most efficient light source. End of story.

What the white LEDs do better is provide a better CRI (color rendering index), which is kind of a complicated metric. Basically, stuff with a higher CRI is supposed to better represent a blackbody. So an incandescent light bulb (tungsten, halogen, doesn’t matter) has a CRI of 100 by definition. The CRI of the sun is 100. Typical white LEDs on the market today will have a CRI of 80 or more. But CRI is a highly flawed measurement. Two LEDs can have a very high CRI and end up looking very different. The industry is considering other, more accurate, measurements, but CRI is still heavily relied upon.

Now the benefit of a high CRI lamp is that you can perceive color more accurately. However, in order to perceive color, you must excite the LMS cones in your eye. These three cones correspond to red, green, and blue, respectively. Now, the precise color temperature does not actually matter here. Even 2700 K light has a lot of blue light, and even 9300 K light has a lot of red light. The light is still fundamentally white. This is different from LPS and even HPS lamps which are much more narrowband.

Now the rods in your eyes are sensitive to blue-green light, and it is precisely this sensitivity that causes the clear loss of night vision when we turn on a bright light. If there is a large amount of blue or green light, the rods in our eyes are oversaturated and they are filtered out by our brain, leaving only the LMS cone response, which work poorly in low light.

So the LED lamps provide clear, colorful light for the use of our cones while oversaturating our rods and rendering them useless. This would be fine if the roads and surrounding areas were perfectly illuminated, but they are not. Street lights can fail, and they aren’t used at all in rural areas. Unincorporated islands in cities like Los Angeles also lack street lights, so you could be driving in a well-lit area and quickly find yourself in a dark area. Even if street lights are widely installed and well-maintained, there can still be gaps caused by shadows, glare, and other flaws. Any location that is not lit is now black because the lights that provide better color rendering ruin night vision.

I believe the studies on these lights fail to account for this phenomenon. I also believe the LPS and HPS lamps provide good enough color rendering. Since the sodium lights are yellow, providing very little green and no blue, the rods in our eyes can still work. This allows us to perceive blue as dark gray shadow tones. We don’t see the colors accurately, but we can still distinguish them.

That sums up your response whenever you're challenged on your posts.
I still think your ability to keep at it though is impressive.
You refuse to challenge any of my posts hoping nobody will go back and compare our predictions these past three months. You just say I'm always wrong with zero examples. I have been consistently correct and you know it.

After the conflict nationalism was indeed vilified but this evidently varied by country considering that the United States in particular was not above rehabilitating former government officials in Germany and Japan during their occupation in order to ensure the state kept functioning. The wholesale of rejecting nationalism after 1945 to an excess degree seems to have a lot of its in origin in the realm of intellectuals and academics (the Frankfurt School comes to mind).
There are some interesting patterns to those intellectuals and academics as well.

What have I been wrong about since the war started?
"Yeah, but what have I showed my ass about recently?
Everything I predicted has come true. Maybe your mistake is thinking that I wanted any of this to happen? At worst you could say I was early on $150 oil but it's going to happen regardless. Can't be stopped.
"See, I'm 100% accurate about stuff that hasn't happened yet, I definitely won't be showing my ass again."
In fact it's going to blow right through that number because we've been dumping the SPR below market price and there won't be any supply cushion left when they stop.
It's so terrible that we are using the strategic oil reserve... strategicly. Also we aren't dumping that oil. They gotta give it back, the deal is suppose to have 1.2 barrels returned for every 1 released by the purchaser. We are essentially loaning it, with interest.

Now I know your can say it will never happen, oil won't exists in 6 months, and you can only be measured by your current predictions and not you're previous ones if you're wrong.

They'd better get used to seeing him at the World Cup in a few days. He'll be there for the first game hosted in the US, every US match and the final.
Considering that the soccer fanbase is faggots, third-worlders and mystery meat, the fact Trump is going to be supporting the US team in person is going to cause a ton of salt to flow.

Dumping the SPR the way we are is catastrophic. By not allowing true price discovery and artifically lowering the price instead during the greatest oil shock in history encourages over-consumption instead of conserving of our finite supply. That means the cliff arrives much sooner. This cannot be stopped.

Should I expect to be called more names now instead of a logical rebuttal?

Keep in mind. The signature on the return envelope is the only signature. There is none on the ballot.
It's the only potential source for identification on the damn thing, the only possible avenue for saying that an individual cast that vote.

I hope that Pratt sends actual 18-wheelers filled with ballots to the counting station and challenges them to throw them all out.

The most infuriating part about the American electoral fraud is how much gaslighting there is about the existence of a problem. Not the denial that it happens, that makes sense for the people who are winning from the rigging, but the complete lack of any sort of attempt at making the elections sound secure or provide even a figleaf of covering for their basis. They just don't even accept that there could be a MODICUM of doubt, there is no understanding that trust in the system is what keeps it working and if no one believes it it is worthless. They expect that the people who question it will keep engaging and respecting the results.

I really wish something would happen, but given it is L.A. there is pretty much zero chance of anything happening and of the fraud being exposed. The entire state is a well oiled corruption machine for decades, the DNC will just gaslight everyone and cry fascism as they stuff the ballots and you could have them literally admit it and nothing would happen.

I'm a communist so we actually won that war (and were the ones actual pulling weight kek)
You will never be Russian. You have no rugs, you have no track suit. Your church has a spire, and your priest diddles kids. You will never learn how to drive stick. Your wife will never put on heels and a dress to go out for the mail in -40° weather. You will never be able to eat pickled herring without gagging. You will always hold your breath before sucking down vodka. Don’t bother attending, the babushka will sweep you out with a broom like dust in the wind.

Just more Doomcasting you'll disown when nothing happens.

Trump administration launches largest-ever effort to denaturalize U.S. citizens accused of fraud or other crime

The Trump administration on Monday announced it is seeking to revoke the citizenship of 17 U.S. citizens accused of immigration fraud, expanding its unprecedented denaturalization campaign.

CBS News exclusively reported about the plans before they were unveiled by the Justice Department.

Officials said the move represents the largest-ever effort by the U.S. government to use its denaturalization powers, which were rarely invoked before President Trump returned to the White House last year with promises to launch a historic deportation blitz. Between 1990 and 2017, the Justice Department filed an average of just 11 legal complaints per year seeking to denaturalize American citizens, historical figures indicate.

Those targeted in the latest round of denaturalization cases include a Haitian immigrant who allegedly sexually abused his daughter; a man from the former Yugoslavia convicted of sexually abusing a child under the age of 15; an immigrant from Mexico convicted of receiving sexually explicit images of minors; a former Catholic priest born in Colombia accused of child sex abuse; and a Filipino-born man who pleaded guilty to a child sex crime.

The group also includes an Indian immigrant accused of filing fraudulent H-1B visa petitions; the daughter of a Colombian drug trafficker accused of money laundering; a man born in Jamaica convicted of wire fraud; and a Cuban-born woman accused of defrauding a tribal casino. Other naturalized citizens were accused of using false identities.
