They're complaining that they cannot tailgate/party in the adjoining areas, so essentially yes. But I want to point out for non Americans and the sports challenged, this is a very stupid thing to chimp out about. Most times when tailgating you have the game on a radio/phone and only half pay attention. It's mostly an excuse to be outside/grill/get drunk and less about the actual sports ball game. And by sundown, no matter who wins, they'll drunkenly spill into the streets and cause a minor riot. Which is why it's being restricted, so the area is easy to secure and the roads stay clear. These retards could watch at home or a bar if they cared, but it's not about the sport, what they're complaining about it's not being able to party/get drunk in public like usual and Trump is just the catalyst to this particular bitch fest.

There's this constant cycle where the administration hits a minor speedbump, doomers freak out and insist that it's over and that nothing will be done now, then the administration overcomes the roadbump, and the doomers go quiet until the next roadbump.

Leftists like to use "fascist" when they mean "authoritarian". With a poor understanding of governance, any use of power can be seen as authoritarian; especially when it's things you don't like happening.

In regards to the term "fascism" specifically, I find it especially rich that leftists love to cast accusations of it; when perhaps some of the most actually fascist actions directly performed by the US Government in recent history were done by Democrat administrations.
