The algorithm recommended me this gem of a channel where a giga autist has been keeping one running for over a year, posting daily updates.

Since I don't know if this is enough to keep a thread, I'll ask if someone tried to do one of went to a place with one running.

A team of doctors could test the stew in every way possible and slowly explain in great detail why it's safe but I'd still be to paranoid to take a sip.

Conceptually there is nothing wrong with the idea of a perpetual stew. But this guy has obviously screwed it up.

Not going to lie I have watched all of these. Stew peaked in episodes 90-100. IDK what he is doing with that ungodly amount of garlic.

He put 100 cloves in for his 400 anniversary (along with 3 more 100 ingredients), apperantly in the 300 anniversary he put 300 cloves. Pretty sure that stew can kill vampires.

Conceptually there is nothing wrong with the idea of a perpetual stew. But this guy has obviously screwed it up.

Putting audience recommendations is not very smart, but it is pretty funny.

I have something like a perpetual demi-glace going on in my freezer.
Occasionally make broth/stock from frozen food scraps, throw in the remains of the last batch before reducing.

Scrape out a spoonful of the frozen gelatinous slush to add to stews or whatever.
Or just dissolve in a mug of hot water if it happens to be a particularly good batch.

I'm surprised nobody's mentioned it yet but there is an entire site dedicated to documenting the stew. Each of these graphs is interactive. You can get stats on individual days and ingredients: how much each ingredient hurt/helped the stew, what days the stew was best, etc.
