TL;DR: Ukroniggers mad after russian language gets added instead of ukrainian.

The seethe is absolutely hilarious. My favorite part is that just non-ethnic Russian speakers of the language alone are about as many if not more than Ukrainian speakers worldwide. But no, they can't get a translation because "muh war."

Chinese, Japanese and Korean translations are a foregone conclusion if you're trying to sell a game in Asia, you braindead mongoloid. Every language they complain about has at minimum twice the amount of speakers that Ukraine has, it's just embarrassing at this point. :story:
 
I never understood the need to completely rewrite a song for multiple languages when you only need a decent translation note of the lyrics in said multiple languages.
The voices' cadence sometimes don't line up with the rhythm like they do in the og language. Das Future would lose so much of the RoboHitler Dystopia thematics when the German is swapped out, for example.

Not saying Ukrainian Mom I Really Hate You wouldn't be catchy, but it'd need more than just a YouTuber with a snoball mic to work.

Almost nobody ever translates a song for movies, TV shows, or even games. Maybe if it's being translated to English from another language, just because English is the universal language.

Finally beat the game. Might go for 100% later and maybe beat the solo runs just cause. The way people were talking about the ending I thought we'd get big closure on the whole isaac thing. Maybe in the dlc. I gotta wonder what's next, considering we've already killed the Christian capital-G God (god of soy could never)

But yea been forcing myself to 100% the game but it's just a chore at this point.

Game changes drastically from ch1 to ch2 and ch3 is just punishing.

To summarise, ch1e1 is a nice intro to the game, e2s are both well structured and the bosses are interesting (except for flush master), and e3s bosses are tough filters, but fair and curveballs can be mitigated. E4 is decent and the boss is alright. All around well built, but rewards are trash.

Ch2e1 is a slog, the bosses are nice but the warmth takes a toll on your cats. E2s are forgettable once you learn how to deal with the bosses, and the bosses are really interesting (johnny spawns cultists and cratermaker just attacks 1 more time) and e3 bosses are all uninteresting gimmick fights that you have to cheese. So you have to pass a filter to just be able to get a mediocre passive item, or grind cratermaker. Then chaos is just oh so random which is really interesting and the drops are shit...

Ch3 is the most disappointing. E1 is just a filter. Bosses are super annoying to fight with and the enemies are a chore. Ice age and prehistoric are a joke. Future is meh, with it's gimmick is just infinite turns & bouncy to counter hunters and thieves. H2 just punishes you if any cat dies by round-removing it. E3 mother is just punishing melee cats. Heaven is just... Heaven.

So you can either replay ch1 for shit rewards, ch2 to trudge to the desert and deal with lame gimmicks and chaos, or ch3 which filters you, then it's a snoozefest. Difficulties just add elite modifiers which feel tacked on and dull.
