Sprinkle in some Free Mason family members and a cousin who works for the pope or some shit.
Its all freemasons, brother.
Mormons, moonies, jews, scientology, catholics, the cia, Disney, every government. all of it.

Any group that has secretive multiple-level shit like the above mentioned are just some gay offshoot or cutout of freemasonry.

If I didnt think secret societies were so fucking gay I'd say someone should start one specifically to hunt down freemasons, but someone probably did and it probably got taken over by freemasons because thats what those dick touching losers do.

B&M is the Gamestop of Lego. I'm already annoyed at how this hobby was once one of creation to just another Labubu Funkopop hype trend. Lego doesn't even make basic fucking houses anymore, they're a lifestyle brand now not a Children's toy. People aren't having kids and the few kids there are aren't getting a $400 Lego set. As someone in the hobby with a pretty sizeable collection of CHILDREN'S BUILDING TOY SETS I want to be able to answer questions any of you guys might have.

Also if B&M wasn't bad enough, I tried to visit one of their locations once and someone slammed into the side of my SUV in a multi-lane roundabout. It ended up costing less to find a replacement fender than it would have to shop at B&M.
CMF, Collectible Minifigure Series, launched next year in 2010.
This was still the time Lego was making basic fucking houses and small impulse sets, aside from Mr Gold, it was extremely easy to catch all 12 of them. They were only a $1.99 and you could easily beg your parents for one. I don't think the CMF series had any malice behind it, and they seemed to have learned their lesson from Mr Gold as they company hasn't tried that stunt again, more on that below. My biggest problem with the CMFs is that they are running out of ideas.
Lego Star Wars seems to be like crack for millenials who finally got some money.
Lego Star Wars fans have ruined Lego for the rest of us. Any Lego community I join is filled with people constantly talking about star wars and rarely building their own creations. Even the Ninjago fans aren't as bad.
Collectibles are only worth what someone will pay for it.
As mentioned with Mr Gold above, a registered Mr Gold might be worth 16k to you and on the market, but good luck finding someone to buy it. A lot of my collection is used sets from single moms trying to sell off their kid's legos.
The Lego community has some of the most autistic superfans who could rival Nintendo fans with how rabid they can get over their plastic bricks.
Lego has managed to hold a stronghold on the plastic building block market simply BECAUSE anything similar to Lego is immediately clocked as "mega blocks". Lego has ALWAYS been expensive but this specifically is how they've managed to get away with their pricing. Remember, Lego tried to sue Mega Blocks back in the day and LOST.
will not be around in 5-10 years because of how they are pricing their Lego.
Lego themselves may not always be as big as they are now in 5-10 with how greedy they've gotten. Continuing with Lego suing anyone they feel threatens their space as the only "true" brand of children's plastic building toys, they went after a company called Lepin in 2016. Surprisingly Lego is one of the few brands to have successfully sued a Chinese clone brand. Lepin was notorious for cloning Lego sets and selling them at a fraction of the price, allowing people to buy retired Lego sets and current sets for what they should actually cost.

While Lego won in court, I feel that lawsuit backfired as now, there's legitimate competition in the "children's plastic building toy's" market. Chinese companies got smart and realized that as long as they don't use the Minifigure, the few things Lego is still allowed to protect, they could make anything they want and now we have a whole bunch of Chinese companies producing cheap sets with the exact quality as Lego, it also helps that we can buy directly from China now. Lego is absolutely aware of this and knows there's nothing they can do. Lately the only thing they tried was banning countries like Vietnam off Bricklink because lego sells there for mere pennies. That's right, Lego knows that in Asia, there's actual competition, and so they HAVE to lower the costs of the sets, hell, they activley have to make an entire them like Monkie Kid (Journey to The West) and Lunar New Year just to pander and try to get people to buy "the real thing".

I've seen my innocent hobby get picked up and ruined by scalpers. This is the one and only time I'm absolutely happy China is flooding the market with bootlegs. There's still a bit of "your mom buys you Mega Blocks" stigma, but very soon... very soon Lego will be worthless again and seen again as a Children's toy. (And why that's a good thing!)

Ah, the days when Johnny Thunder allowed us to make adventures in early 20th century and city sets allowed us to make our own world.

As much as I enjoy Jurassic Park, LEGO under Universal barely touches the brand and no CMF at all, yet all Disney owned IPs gets one except for Star Wars because that would be Mr. Gold 2.0.

I would honestly love to see it go back to non-IPs. But modern kids today won't even touch them. They'd rather spend a parents Credit Card on skins on fortnite, tangibility has been lost to generation on Adult Pacifiers (Phones).

But then he found out that the storefront and the backroom are zoned as separate addresses and the actual LLC was assigned to that other address, which was not listed anywhere on public records.

I can see how anyone would get tricked by that. That's pure, 100% authentic legal kikery at work.

The Fast & Furious sets however are pretty good in terms of modern Lego as they release 1 car per year for $24. Considering the F&F Roster it's extremely easy to milk those for years to come as so far there's only 4. My only problem with those is how big Speed Champions cars are to the point they dwarf small City theme cars.

You know, It's not hard to not look like cartoon villains with something to hide. The first step is to shut the fuck up. every other step is optional and not recommended.

Or just not steal an old person’s life savings and be honorable. But that would ruin their business model

Wait a minute, ain't no fucking way the LEGO company owns Bricklink

Holy shit they do. Not only do they overcharge for the original sets when they are available, they also control the secondary market and get a cut of that too. I always assumed BL was a private, unaffiliated enterprise.

Related question, what do other LEGO Technic enthusiasts think of the new ""power functions"" system? I do not particularly like the concept as they look more expensive, require an app instead of an IR remote and seem more lazily integrated into sets than before. The 42215 excavator looks nice but it looks like a copy of the superior 8043 with insane pricing.

Obligatory fuck those LEGO StarWars soyniggers.

These guys threatened this literal high school kid then asked/pressured him to collab & run an advertisement for them lol. This company really deserves all of this

why does Reckless Ben keep forcing them to do these evil things, further ruining their stellar reputation in the eyes of the public? It's fucking comical the way they just keep deciding to do the worst possible thing.

Now that you mention Gamestop, it would be epic lulz to get Ryan Cohen to make a statement on the situation and his schizo cult followers to discover B&M...and the AFPD would have to deal with Gamestonk schizos. But alas, it's 4:05 AM and I should probably go to sleep before I go full schizo and accidentally start a new QAnon.

Goyzilla spoke to Ammon this week, suddenly gets 'leaked' footage of VIGILANTES inspired by Reckless Ben to chimp out on innocent franchises. Convenient! The altercation in the second video looks like a backyard wrestling tier work, it wouldn't surprise me if it was staged.
