Reckless Ben (Youtuber: Ben Schneider) vs Bricks and Minifigs and CEO Ammon McNeff - $200k in stolen LEGO - SWATTING by Mormon Police - Mexico arrest Avoidance - Major Lawsuits (Civil RICO)

Is not about wanting him to fail. Him failing is the logical conclusion given the evidence provided. The system itself is backing BAM, you cannot win against the system. So unless Ben is able to get into contact with people 1-higher in ranking than the Utah goverment 2-willing to get in the mud for him, he is pretty much fucked.

its not just the system. ben's given the system ammo to make him fail. maybe the gaggle of lawtubers can pull a miracle but who can predict the outcomes?

The flood of erm actually Ben is a bit of a bad boy posts are so exhausting. do you think you are posting some novel discovery unknown to mankind when you say Ben is exaggerating stuff for entertainment purposes? No one gives a shit. If Ben didn't do these stunts we wouldn't be here talking about it.

I can't wait for Jersh to talk about this on MATI and get every single thing incorrect. It is the true MATI experience, no one make the usual spoon-feeding summary post in the MATI thread, we need to let this ride and see how it plays out.
"Everybody is talking about this, I don't really know what's going on but I guess some zoomer faggot is getting sued by LEGO or whatever. Moving on to the 20-minute segment about the organizational structure of US data centers."

So in regards to dismissal, the business he sued was wrong one in small claims. That's why the Josh and Brandon's still uphold as they are personal. It's also why Ben went to UTAH, because though they dissolved the business in Oregon. The two parties was the only way.

However I do want to say this, if L2 Bricks was wrong entity to sue. Why did Josh and Brandon not file a countersuit in small claims to show court to dismiss the 8 from get go? Did they intentionally know and just ignore the fact so they could close down anyway?

Edit: I'm still looking for Chrystal's LLC in Oregon business archives. There's a MAJOR gap of BAM operating in 2021 till she bought in 2023.

The Mormons already lost.

Even in the worst case scenario where BAM gets off scot free and the American fork police department faces no discipline...

- BAM has irreparably damaged their brand and lost far more in value than they saved not paying this. Many will refuse to do business with them and only idiots would agree to do consignment with them after this
- Mormons have irreparably damaged their brand and lost much goodwill. How many of us saw Mormons as harmless weirdos but now see the insidious jew like behavior they exhibit? I sent from mildly positive to very anti Mormon after this debacle. I'd be in favor of the feds seizing all Mormon assets and tearing that state down
- Plus the gofundme is so successful at least the guy will get his money back.

This is a W for Ben and an L for the other side no matter how you slice it. That's why it doesn't matter if Ben wins a petty court matter. He already won.

If Ben had played "nice" and "proper" he'd be getting his rigged civil case dismissed right now after spending tens of thousands in legal fees and we wouldn't be talking about this now.

Ostatnio edytowane:
this has "damn it nick we lost the case!" vibes. when the chief of police tells the AG "ben admits we got hacked, here's the video," the ag is going look at the dropbox, see none of the unredacted videos in there and go "good enough for me, you got hacked". Ethan Klein's reaction is mine.
Ben saying they've been "hacked" is not going to do anything regarding the situation of the leaked bodycam, because, other than the footage involving him, he has nothing to do with it. Regardless of his statements, an internal investigation will be done, because someone uploaded them in an insecure manner. But, even with all the in-state corruption, going after Ben for this, especially when there are other, more legitimate, avenues of going after him. At worst, regardless of Ben's statements, someone is going to get fired, and I doubt charges can be thrown at them, because this kind of shit is probably the department standard (police departments and local governments are disgustingly inept when it comes to data handling). But I expect this to be handwaved away unless BAM sues them over it.

More out of Utah. This whole state needs to be audited. Holy fuck...
I think in the meantime, if you live in the state of Utah, your best protection against shit like this is to just become a Mormon. Given the amount of corrupt people doing it, it's obvious you don't have to believe in that shit. Think of it like being an Eagle Scout in the 90s, or like getting certs for a tech role.

Again, why did he not start with a lawyer? Why did he act like a complete and utter fucking faggot at first? I'm just saying, people preach about tight knit societies, but certainly hate when that shit backfires when they encounter one.
It's because hiring a sensationalist YouTuber is free while having to take on an apparatus that protects their in-group in spite of all reason could cost more than $200k.
So called tight knit societies are retarded. Under the veneer of traditionalism is rampant degeneracy and nepotism. I used to work and live in one.

When you say "the mormons" that means all. Not "these individuals", no, ALL MORMONS, so that means every single one is in on it. Not the town, not the company, not even just a group, nah, has to be the entire Church up to the fucking top.
It literally doesn't. It's just a descriptor used to portray a stereotypical act. When people say "the Chinese/Indians/Americans/Europeans" and so on, they don't mean every single one of them. If I say the Americans are obese, you don't get to point to the other 40% of the population as a gotcha. This shouldn't offend you. Mormons are known to be insular, nepotistic, and pretty good at business. There will always be good and bad stereotypes and plenty that don't fall under them. You won't see me defending the garbage that happens in Australia and what the politicians are doing.

If there's anything positive I can take away from this, it's that I learned that Oregon has no sales tax, which is probably the single based thing about Oregon.
That's why I pay for a virtual office in Oregon with a front desk that accepts parcels. It saves us a tonne of money annually. If we got our shit through NYC or LA, we would be paying upwards of 10% more in sales tax that cannot be refunded. New Hampshire doesn't have sales tax either, but Oregon is better geographically.

You get one. After thinking on it, I don't think Ben is going to win. I also think BAM is fucked. I think both have been fucking retarded, but now that it's in court, with so much video on both ends, I don't see how either side wins. I've seen enough lolsuits to know how this ends.

Also, on Patreon. Real fucking rich of them. But expected. Now they should reinstate every account banned in Gamergate. Let's see them actually show up for free speech.

Legal retard got a few things wrong or at the very least was over confident about them.

1. Defamation is overstated He treats “using criminal language” as if it automatically creates defamation risk. It doesn’t. You still need a false factual assertion, not just harsh or sloppy wording. A lot of what he flags is closer to opinion/rhetorical framing than actionable defamation.

2. “Actual malice” is misapplied He leans on NYT v Sullivan standards like they apply broadly. They don’t. This isn’t automatically a public-figure actual-malice situation, so he’s simplifying the burden in a way that favors “Ben is likely liable” without proper framing.

3. Stalking claim is speculative He jumps from “filming + repeated presence + confrontation” to stalking. That skips key elements like credible threat and intent to cause fear. A lot of what he describes still sits in protected/gray-area journalism behavior unless it crosses specific statutory lines.

4. Process server / presence argument is wrong-direction reasoning Even if Ben couldn’t legally serve process, that doesn’t automatically turn his presence into criminal conduct or invalidate everything else. He conflates procedural defect with illegality.

5. “You can’t call police” contract point is overstated He states categorical unenforceability in absolute terms. In reality, enforceability depends on context (scope, remedy structure, public policy limits), not a blanket rule.

6. Fraud/lottery claim is asserted, not proven He assumes intent (“he knew it was fraud from the start”) without walking through actual fraud elements like reliance, misrepresentation, and provable intent at the time.

7. Overall pattern He stacks worst-case interpretations of multiple issues and then presents the combined risk as “likely liability.” That’s not how legal analysis normally works—it's risk aggregation without clear burden separation.

But I thought they didn't do anything wrong and Ben was just breaking the law to try and besmirch their good name????
