They make up stories around the pictures, claiming that Elva has already had some kind of surgery, adding doctors into the photos, or even suggesting that a doctor is filming her in store aisles. None of that is true. They take the photos Elva sends them and create fake stories around them.

I warned Elva many times not to send pictures to these people in the USA, who are turning her into a lolcow. Unfortunately, she ignored everything I said.

I am no longer in contact with Elva because she shows no interest in improving her health or changing the way she sees herself and the world. She also plans to continue "beautifying" herself, and I do not want to watch that happen.

I don't think it's much in the way that people are trying to turn Elva into a lolcow more than he just is one feeding them directly. He has the ability to vanish and improve himself but wont. Even based on how you described your personal interactions with Elva, he wont listen and does the opposite while trying to get more attention from really bad places and refuses to listen to good thoughtful advice. Best you stay away from Elva because these types of people end up painting you as the villain for trying to be helpful and then move on to the next for attention.

Good on you for this, seriously. I can see you mean well but, people like this will never change or there is a VERY low chance of that. Appreciate some clarifications etc. you have posted here. people in those circles will keep on the circle jerk of destruction, circling the drain as they go. I've read through this whole thread over the course of an evening, and maybe it was because I skipped a few of the other videos, but this is the single most horrifying one in this thread. The exaggerated shrill shrieks he lets out while rubbing acid onto his monstrous face is fucking nightmare fuel.
