So how excited is everyone, especially our resident JIDF posters, that the US and it's master Pissreal are going to stop pretending to be two different nations and 'merge' their militaries. And by merge I mean the bloodthirsty yids will have full access to R&D, military secrets and etc.

The affordability crisis is a political problem.

The problem is Americans have been told since the 80s or so that a house is a surefire, can't-miss investment. The value of your home is guaranteed to rise steadily, faster than inflation or bonds. The problem is that mathematically, this can only happen if every neighborhood becomes too expensive for the kinds of people who are buying homes there now to buy them in ten years, i.e. if a truck driver can afford a 1700 sq ft house in your city today, for this math to work out, in 20 years, that exact house must be too expensive for a truck driver to buy. This is happening today. Retiring truck drivers are selling their cruddy little houses for $500K+ to white-collar people with upper-quartile salaries.

To be good investments, homes have to become unaffordable. They have to become more and more unaffordable, every year, forever.

It's political because you have a promise from the government to the people that their homes are secure retirement plans. Retirees are the biggest, most active, voting bloc, and the functional result is that the federal government is first and foremost a retirement program. If the government allows the housing market to deflate. Every homeowner over 50 who's been tracking his house price and looking forward to the day when he'll sell it and move closer to his grandkids will absolutely shit a brick. Whichever party is in power will lose it for the next decade. This is what happened in 2008.

Young people are upset about home prices, but old voters outnumber young voters, so the government's top job is to ensure those prices don't come down.
Retirees own most of the houses. However the current crop of boomer retirees is the largest in history and they are now finally dying. I think we're going to see a tsunami of properties for sale in the next 10-15 years as all those estates get liquidated.

What's hilarious is that you're the most raped kikeslave around. You ignore the actual Jews causing the issues to focus on Israel like a good little buttgoy.

They already have full access to yankoid military secrets, how do you think they got the nuke? They also have access to Russian military secrets, because Russia is their second greatest ally.

Eco-terrorists have their own special crazy logic.

We're talking about the kind of crazy greenies that think all of our pets need to be culled. Its not about "saving the cows," and never was. Its about saving "Gaia" from overconsuming humans who don't heckin respect da earth. Cattle ranching is bad for da heckin earth you and we're all captain planet villains for enjoying a steak.

So, if it is true, then it is literally intended to do exactly what you described.
I was also replying under the bias/assumption we were talking about pootjeetsaars doing it to protect Holy Cow from evil white devil.

From the Hasan thread, but this turkroach decided to show up in NJ and ran away after black people mocked him and made his whole gay white entourage retreat:

There's two things going on, an America250 and a Freedom250. The America one is the one that's been planned for years, the Freedom one tried to do things last minute.

This reminds me of the often repeated narrative around boomers.
Prior generations willed their property to their children.
The Boomer generation sells their property to BlackRock
.

This is especially problematic in Canada. An associate of mine sold his business in Canada, retired, and moved down to Miami. The Boomers don't have "estates", they have "bucket lists" which includes spending your inheritance.

That's not soley a Boomer problem though. How many millenials reported their parents to the Covid-Mask-Hotlines in 2021? How many reported their parents for going to Jan 6? How many try to socially shame their parents on social media?

Anyways - the notion of boomer estates saving the housing market is hilariously shallow. I think its not a 2+2=4 kind of issue.

I lost where I saw this, but apparently there's congressional controlled group made to plan the America250 one and they've been slacking. Made in '16, so it's not a leap to say they were planning on having a dem lock on things for the last decade and might be spiting us(or planned to have the country utterly destroyed by now)

I think the worry is that Trump will end up making it a celebration of Trump instead of America. There won't be much stomach for that a month from now.

The administration has wised up to their shit by now. Make no mistake, license plates, faces and other biometric data is being collected on these people.

Trump really needs to get a better handle on the affordability crisis. Right now we're on a collision course. Affluent spenders and AI are the only two things propping up the stock market and economy. If those collapse, he is looking at a recession, possible depression if he handles the Iran war the wrong way. AI is getting valid pushback thanks to the carelessness of the CEOs, and if affluent spenders push back, the economy will shut down.

Whats most frustrating is that Trump could easily fix this and punish the companies offshoring which would solves many problems; give zoomers back jobs, and give AI a boost. Corporate greed however, has gotten out of control lately and Trump is a boomer so Im not hopeful of any real solutions. By ignoring the crisis, socialist candidates, no matter how retarded they are, will get a larger platform because a dumb solution is better than no solution. The administration and MAGA ignore this at their own peril.
For as long as I've followed Trump (Since 2015) he's never been big on affordability as an issue. But the democrats ran rich old people (Clinton/Biden) so its never been capitalized on.

People say every election cycle that affordability will decide things, but now more than ever I'm inclined to agree. If the GOP candidate in 2028 is another foreign policy president then I'm sitting it out. Not voting demoncrat tho.

A lot of times they lie.

Zohran Muhammad Durka Durka or whatever that asshole's name in New York City is ran on affordability as his top issue and now that he's mayor his only priorities are giving free money to faggots and establishing an official suck black cock day.

Didn't the South Africans transfer them their nukes before the nigs were able to take over, or is my mind going schizo with false history?
Their nuclear weapons program started in the late 40s but South Africans most likely sold their arsenal to Israel before blacks got the power but they did have nukes before that. It has been speculated that "Vela incident" in 1979(?) was a nuclear test done by S-Africa and Israel.

They didn't have to worry about it with interest rates near zero and infinity money printing for 20 years. I think those days are over.

The problem is that the Democrats are doubling down on gay race communism instead of hard populism for all. They are ready to disown Fetterman.
