I used to be middle of the road on this issue. I know plenty of ethnically Indians who are great people. Truly net positives to the population.

Yet another reason to literally always respond "I don't consent to any search" any time a cop asks if they can "just look around a little bit" no matter what. Not that it's hard to get a warrant anymore, but make the faggots put the work in anyway just to add the possibility of a procedural fuckup on their part just in case.
I assume they're using the SHA or MD5 hash values of the image. Hash values aren't something you can set, but I guess you could have false positives in whatever system is used to match the file hashes.
I would hope they're using perceptual hashes, otherwise such detection systems are utterly useless (changing one byte is enough to completely change an image's MD5/SHA1/SHA256 hash without changing its content). Perceptual hashes are indeed tunable (at query-time, not when generated, so yes, systems using them can be tuned on the fly to be more or less sensitive to matches.

The Old Guard GOP really wanted to keep Cornyn. They dropped over $120 million on this primary. That's 1/12th of a Kamala Presidential run on a single Senate Primary. That's more than twice of the entire Massie vs Gallrein Primary, both candidates compared to just Cornyn. Just as Massie v Gallrein was loudly the most expensive Representative Primary, this was quietly the most expensive Senate one. Only Ed and Tom were at about parity on spending, Paxton was out spent five to one!

Do you know what the funniest and most ironic fact here, spite, desperation and hubris when losing is what turns a loss into a complete fiasco. These lawsuits and rulings are going to cause a complete motherfucking disaster for their side.
I agree. They're going to accidentally expose some other part of their cheating apparatus (either by alluding to it in a filing or by pissing off their opposition enough to accelerate investigations into other voter fraud, which we're already seeing bearing fruit in Georgia with the feds hunting down poll workers there now) and suddenly this piece of the scam won't matter anymore because a more important element of it will be unceremoniously torpedoed when discovered.
