It's clear through all that I've learned of Elva that he is a deeply, mentally unwell person. They're close, but it's not rubber. It's silicon, and unlike most masks it's worn underneath the skin and by his description some of it is below the muscle as well. His videos are uncanny because you can tell he's doing the cutesy egirl mannerisms and you can imagine the facial expressions that would go along with them but all that stares back is an unmoving mass of flesh and silicon.

Unfortunately I don't think we're going to be getting much OC horror content from him until something changes. The facial modification seems to be in a state of limbo until something happens with the surgery and most of the horrors of his mind only come out when he's conversing with people(ideally over text due to the state of his speech). and I don't see how we can get much of that without at least a degree of gayops. He needs a medium where he can express what he thinks and put his thoughts out the world regardless of how they're received. Sure we have discord lurkers but they're always at risk of being purged. I'd just like to see him come out of hiding and tell us what he thinks like he used to.
