Hardin is coming to your hometown Greerboy, better brush those teeth with parking lot rat fur and check Goodwill for a used suit.

Greer failing to complain Hardin being admitted in v ViaTRON but cries and bitches in v Moon about every inculpatory action he takes.
Makes you *sigh*

The very last one we had (something like $140 million with about half in dispute), the arbitrator basically ignored the issues and the fact pattern to “be nice” and split the baby. She probably went cross-eyed trying to understand everything and gave up. I almost wanted the expense of trial because I think we would have won completely. I get that my work and Russel’s ADA scamming are not the same, but the human factors are. I can see him getting some award just to go away, but that could be my own myopia.
These sound like situations where the parties have equal negotiating power fighting over large money amounts, where they're likely to see both parties well represented and both of them had some say in the terms. I was (over) generalizing from the take-it-or-leave-it contracts of adhesion where you have an individual with no real choice in the drafting and are drafted specifically to be highly favorable to the drafting party.

I think Russ is very unlikely to win outright and the best he can hope for is "go away" money. I doubt the original $20K will ever be on the table again.

I'm already disappointed wanting to bring Hardin in didn't trigger a plightsperging, I'll be really bummed if we don't get one from his official entrance into this case. A lot was going on for Greer, personally, when Viatron first hired Hardin. Less so now.
It's still funnier if Greer has no idea that this has happened and gets completely blindsided when Hardin shows up to an arbitration meeting. Sadly it's a joke that only Hardin would get to appreciate, but he's more than earned it.
I'm repeating myself but I don't think he was aware of it up to this point, it's the only logical reason we haven't had a tantrum. He doesn't check his email, the address the court have on file is several evictions ago. I believe he only keeps up with his cases by sporadically checking the docket.
I expect something soon.

Don't take it as gospel, but I'd rather suspect he should be aware by now

Presumably, Hardin has contacted (or will in the very near future) Greer now that he's officially able to represent Viatron. However, in Greer v. Moon it's not unusual for Russ to ignore emails from Hardin for weeks or months before he actually replies to one. Several of the exhibits show multiple unanswered attempts by Hardin to confer with Greer before Russ finally gets around to replying. It's still possible that he's unaware because he doesn't want to respond to Hardin. Based on how upset he is with Hardin, he would have filed something in one or both courts if he was aware of it. He's absolutely going to view this as Hardin inserting himself into his (Greer's) business and demand that the court sanction Hardin and throw him off the case.

I know that there's probably some long-standing judicial tradition that makes "YOU AND EACH OF YOU" an actual thing that gets put in text, but I can't read that and not think of some Indian (dot, not feather) scammer screaming about "each and every thing!"
"YOU AND EACH OF YOU, SAARS, WILL RESCIND THIS RUBBISH BEFORE THREE MARKET DAYS."

I suppose it's the same reason they use NOW COME and whatnot, likely has its origins in the mists of time
