Pup obviously doesn't have any form of OCD. However, due to it's close connection to both ADHD and Autism(they're considered sister disorders and occur frequently together,) she likely has obsessive tendencies as a lot of Autistic/ADHD people do. I mean, she's obviously autistic, and gets fixated and obsessed w weirdly specific things at times, so it makes sense. It's just horribly common now with the rise of self-diagnosis that people with either related disorder self diagnose falsely with OCD because of said tendencies.
You know, all the figures look like a more or less parallel of each other except this one on the end. Is this suggesting that the little boy has to troon out to be happy? That sounds about right, she just couldn't restrain herself from putting a gunt and tits in there somewhere.

My interpretation-at least for the top half-was that it was black Americans through different points of history; slavery-> Jim Crow era-> Black Panthers->Modern day. Which, if it is the case, I think is actually a neat idea. But that theme kinda falls flat with the "joy" half, where the first two figures are dressed like it's the 70s and the other two are just kind of ambiguous.

Aw, see I love this but I don't think that Autumn is even aware of four periods of history, much less able to represent them in a picture. Sadly, even if that IS what was supposed to be happening here, she's half-assed it so hard that your average viewer won't even notice it's something other than four random generic figures.
I really want you to be correct, because it'd be cool, but it would take some effort to actually draw that out and add more context clues. Schoolbooks under one arm for desegregating the schools. A flag or a sign or some black power symbolism for revolutionaries. The little kid holding a toy gun with an obvious orange tip as he gets shot by the police.
And I don't know, maybe show some black achievement as well as random dudes dancing with a hair pick on the joy side? There are more things to inspire joy in life than just looking ethnic and dancing. How about a graduate in cap and gown, a black president, a lady dressed for church, a smiling grandmother who's lived to a ripe old age and seen the world change, a little girl with a doll that looks like her?
Idk, like everything she draws it could be good with some actual effort but here we are, and that's the most annoying thing about it all.
