I don't know if he's ever hit 200 in a day. I think I've seen it jump by around 50 from the start of the day to much later. The main thing that could limit him is the "semi-hourly interval." Do they mean every two hours so there's a limit of, say, 40? 10 per half hour? If it's around 10 per half hour or something like that, it really would fuck Patrick up because he does bursts of upwards of 20 replies, so a low limit would make him have to wait with bated breath to be able to reply more, all the while the pests which outnumber him will outpace his limit. I think a new age of pest Xitter posting is upon us.
