You joke, but as it stands, the republicans chances of a bad midterm defeat have risen because the Trump is too retarded to focus on the US economy. The only person who can stop Trump, is Trump. I would like to be proven wrong, but Im seeing worrying trends that show no signs of slowing.
I really just can't be bothered to give a fuck about any poll. I've never seen a single one that had republicans ahead on basically anything unless it was at a time nobody cared about said thing. I don't think the people who release those even conduct them i think they just make shit up.
I also think a lot of their theorizing is continuing the 10 year problem of the establishment left being out of touch and seeing everything through their boomer lenses. They probably do studies (that they don't publish) then misinterpret the results.
For example I think when they see a figure like "25% Gen-Z really cares about social issues!" oldfags think "oh so we do more civil rights era nonsense!" when in reality what those particular zoomers want is tons of free shit for oppressed groups, trannies to have their own mansions, and for ceos to be killed in minecraft.
Another example: Oldfag Dems see figures that zoomers are concerned about the economy, so they try to get job figures up by 2%... in truth what said zoomers want is free shit or at the minimum a 10 hour work week. I think zoomies are starting to realize that no party is ever going to offer them that so at this point most zoomers don't even care about the term "economy", they just see it as capitalism which is heckin bad.
I firmly believe that
gas prices are a boomer exclusive problem and certainly not something gen z gives the slightest fuck about. Gen-Z doesn't drive anywhere, most don't have jobs and the ones that do work likely work from home. It's boomers who are driving to work, restaurants and dance classes every day and florida once a month. Obviously gas prices have ripple effects into products but that takes longer to hit, youngfags don't shid and fard at the gas pump the way oldfags do because they probably don't even know what a reasonable gas price
is.
I do not think anybody under 40 has this worry about our democracy going away or "kings" taking over. I think most zoomers question if our democracy ever existed. Most zoomers are pragmatic thinkers to a fault with no core values, if you could convince them throwing away our democracy would give them more coom, doordashed mcdonalds, vape juice and netbux i bet most of them would take that deal in a heartbeat.
I don't think anybody under the age of 40 gives a fuck about the ballroom. I don't give a fuck about the ballroom.
The only thing zoomers align with the establishment left on is hating israel, but the left doesn't really even hate israel they're just anti iran war so it's a wet fart.
All conjecture on my part but food for thought.
