A dummymander is better than doing nothing at all, if they're scared of dummymanders (Hispanics going away from Republicans), they should be looking at the 2016 election results and working from there.

I feel that while getting progress towards stricter immigration controls, and repeal of things like the VRA are important, people seem to forget or simply not understand that the Civil Rights Act of 1964, alongside disparate impact are the lynchpins which allowed the Progressives to cause as much damage as they did.
It gave the government increased power in order to enforce the act. We can see this in the use of civil rights investigations as a weapon against the enemies of the Federal Government. It is the tool used to enforce the Marxist agenda, stamping out rights such as the Right to Freely Associate in order to "combat discrimination." It is the reason you are not allowed to enforce the law on feral youths.
This is something those who value liberty and wish to help attempt to fix the issues that plague our country must get through their head.

Imagine a world without anti-discrimination law. Every employee would be planned and wanted. Business would be free to advertise for job openings without fearing lawsuits. There would be no more quota loans from banks. The credit rating would mean something again. The university could get back to being a place of learning instead of a victimological remediation center.

You guys are missing the point with the Massie stuff. The bigger picture is that the most important issue is immigration, he voted against the OBBB because "muh deficit". Yes, the deficit is important, but let's be real, neither party gives a shit about the deficit, Trump ran it up when COVID hit, Biden ran it up even more. The parties only care about the deficit when they're not in charge. Massie has consistently taken the lolbert route of immigration which is basically the Democrat route with a stop sign next to it.
