Y'know, after seeing this image making the rounds on the 'net for years, me and some friends decided to make it. It was served besides some veggie-aspic as an 50/60s dinner. I'm not doxing myself with pics, but you can trust that it looked authenic; with suits, cigarettes and all. Point is that it was pretty good! Suprisingly so, we ate all of it. The stweetness of the banana pares well with the saltyness of the ham. I'll probably not make it again though. Here's the recipe.
