No they can’t. This is wishful thinking bordering on masturbation, with one major flaw. First of all, they’re falling right into the same trap that got the election thrown out in the first case: rushing something into law without following the constitutional steps required. The VA Supreme Court could strike it down for the same reason. And more importantly, even if they did get rid of all the judges, they can’t just rehear the case. That’s not how appeals work. The case has already been ruled on. They would need to come with a new case that asks a question that would enable the old case to be overruled.
WTF are you talking about. American Values are explicitly modern. "Old Fashioned" American Value believes all men are created equal. Nothing is more modern then that. Its a revolutionary idea. I don’t like the biz republicans that support globalism and mass migration, which have been pushed out of the Republican Party.
