So think of water droplets on a clear surface, now imagine trying to remove all those small droplets in human tissue, oh and there’s a heaps of scar tissue around them. She will never have a normal face again. At best she won’t look like a puffy sagging worm so much.
She would have done better do buy Korean fillers and DIY it. Yes, doing DIY filler injections in your face with products purchased online like Clavicular is far less risky than injecting liquid silicone. Doing meth would have been a less damaging choice in this case.

I honestly don't know of any way to remove that much silicone over such a large, delicate area. I can't even begin to imagine what technique one would even use given the way silicone interacts with tissues.

It is a tv series where doctors try to solve plastic surgery mistakes and they have had a few people who did DIY silicone injections, most found out it was not even silicone and ended up with literal concrete in their faces.

But yeah, there's gonna be no way to remove all of that manually, even in popped breast implants back in the day they usually couldn't. Honestly with all that, they'll have to be very careful about spreading infection and just moving it is going to cause inflammation flares. His lymph is probably already infiltrated but disturbing it can cause it to migrate further, I'd be worried about it traveling down the neck and around the throat or worse. It could very well kill him by doing this down the line and they'll have him so steroided and antibiotic'd up it isn't funny.
