Interestingly the government was so forward thinking with the CSAM statute that it actually covers AI-generated material directly. It specifically says any computer generated image indistinguishable from reality. This was a law in like the 90s.

In Chibi's first response to the Mimi information he disavowed him for art that fetishized CP and bestiality and was very quick to do so. This indicates that Chibi has no incentive to defend Mimi or that content. Chibi is currently in contact with Mizu (according to Chibi) and there is a very high chance he was in contact with other lolicons before this especially if those group chat leaks are real. If Mimi is some sort of Epstein-like figure then Chibi would have been aware before he disavowed Mimi.
