tl;dr: Misdemeanor charge of reckless discharge of a firearm. Maximum penalty includes 1 year in jail, 1 year probation, and a $1,000 fine.

I hope everyone wishing all this bad shit upon him is just young. Clav was doing dumb shit and bad shit before he blew up in fame. The guy is uh... autistically stuck in thought and not compatible with society. He should face consequences for his actions, but in proportion to what those actions were.
I'm going to say getting some prison time (1 month to a year) might help him stop constantly embarrassing himself for views, but autism dies hard and he might not even hesitate to get back into the action as soon as he failed.
